Shane, good to see you giving these guys a well deserved viewing. This album and the follow-up, Soldiers of Misfortune, are two staples of Thrash Metal. Horns up!
Been a Sacrifice fan since about '87. First got their album Torment in Fire and still love it. Their second album got a lot of ad space in metal mags if I recall correctly. Kept seeing that cover over and over again. Great album.
Once you wake up the dead, you've got a real mess on your hands. Herbert West brought a lot of dead people back to life. And not one of them showed any appreciation. It will scare you to pieces!! Love Re-Animator...Classic bad 80's horror movie!! Oh and the bands good too...or something like that.
@@TrevyTrev-andTheFunkyPets Sorry should have clarified a little more. To me they fall into the Bad B film range even though they were not. And I love love love Bad B movies.
@@MichaelBuchanan-69 The sci-fi/horror category on Tubi is invaluable for this!! I get lulled by such things (something from my childhood, I guess???) and my rule of thumb is that if it puts me to sleep within 10-15 minutes then it's the cream of the crop! 😸 I haven't seen Reanimator or From Beyond for eons....I need to revisit...I could use a good nap.
Yo Shane. Yet another Canadian thrash Armoros. They were from Victoria British Columbia, where i grew up. Absolutely fantastic band that never made a second album. Really good stuff. Check out Remember Michelle by Armoros sometime later after Obliveon. Cheers bro
As a Canadian myself i grew up on the Canadian thrash/hard rock bands with (Sacrifice-RaZoR-Annihilator-Quo Vadis-Exciter-Anvil-Voivod-Eidolon-Killer Dwarfs-Varga Etc.) It sucks how a lot of great Canadian hard rock bands didn’t get noticed in the “United States Of America” 🇺🇸 😑
"In my slimy pants???" 😸 I had to laugh out loud at that as I am fairly certain I heard it, too! I haven't done a logo nit-pick in a while, so on this one I am going to say the F is not defined enough and it looks like a T - all I see is SacriTICE...and I don't know what that means. That aside, this wasn't too bad for me and I could certainly deal with it so I will offer up a set of horns for the Great White North! 🤘
Thank you Shane!! 🤘⚡️🤘🎸👍
being a drummer of 30 years used to play this song back in 96' and Also Razor great older tunes! Keep em' coming Shane!

I saw Sacrifice open for Slayers Reign in blood tour, killer package!
i have been a fan of Sacrifice since they first came on the scene

“Voivod” was like fellow Canadian band “Rush” where each album you didn’t know what you were getting. “Voivod” are so talented & amazing catchy riffs.
I am a huge fan plus I'm Canadian! There best album is called The Ones I Condem! You must must check it out!
Soldiers of misfortune
Forward to Termination 🤘

Re- Animator & From Beyond are classics. They try but don’t make em like that anymore.
Oh man memories of From Beyond came flooding back when i read that.
They just don't make bad movies that they used to.
@@MichaelBuchanan-69 I wouldn’t consider those two bad, just over the top , campy, gore filled fun. Evil Dead 2 never won an Oscar, know what I mean?
