I always panic clean when people come over. I panic clean weeks in advance. 🙈I agree with you that sending our children into the harsh violent world is terrifying. My daughter is also a teenager so I totally understand you. We just want to protect them and make sure they are ok. ❤

Hey! Of course kitchen, living and main bathroom is my focus. Just wanted to say the phone on wifi is great, but my mind wonders what if they shut the wifi off. May need to do a to go phone. I always think worse lol seems like the kids are adjusting perfect!!!!
Heck yeah I used to panic clean many years ago when I was married and my 2 kids were growing up! I would fly around (so would my daughter when she got old enough to help) all over the house, trying to get it all done in time! 😳😬😂🤣 Now I'm retired, kids are grown and it's just me & my little parakeet, so I just keep everything neat and clean & it's easy to do. I feel for you young moms, I remember how it was to fly into a panic like that! Lol 😂❤
Oh yes! I also panic before company, even if someone is just dropping something off. As for letting the kids go, I’m there with you. My oldest is in his sophomore year of college. He will be moving out this summer for the first time. This has not been easy for me at all!! Also, my youngest will be driving on his own shortly and for some reason it has been harder for me to let him go. I would love to tell you it gets easier, but it doesn’t 😢

I always clear off counters and dishes vacuum and wipe down the bathroom then light a candle and start the diffuser so I totally understand panic cleaning enjoy your weekend sweet friend 🌞🌻😎😊

Yep I do panic cleans
When I changed to wood floors I was shocked. I love them and don’t love at the same time. I feel like the wood is more work but when I am done I know it’s clean crazy lol ❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve never had real wood floors. I bet they are a lot more work but I love they way they look! So pretty! 💕
These are laminate and I hate them 😅 glad we’re just renting. They feel super cheap
I think they’re going to chip and scuff easily. 😬 we had laminate in our first house and they were amazing! But not loving whatever kind these are haha

It gets a little harder when our kids are growing up especially when they start doing their own things i have a daughter that is a young adult now and i been having a some problems with her but is just part of motherhood and them growing up
Oh man I’m just not ready for it. Especially when she starts getting interested in boys. Thankfully that hasn’t started yet, but I’m so nervous for when it does. 😬
I clean houses for a living and feel like my house has to be spotless when people are over. And it’s definitely messy a lot of the time because we live in it.

Yes! I panic clean, for me it's the main bathroom because of clothes on the floor and the toilet and sink at least, and do dishes if we have any in the sink. Then I go from there. Family usually just pops by unannounced 🤦♀️ so when they first come over, I go "pee" (clean the bathroom real quick!) Lol 😂 4:04

Yes, it's really tough letting go. After my oldest turned 18, he went with his girlfriend and her mom to a casino. I felt robbed of sharing that first experience with him and told him and he told me "oh, I've already been to a casino with Bubba" -my dad. I was like oh, then I'm mad at the wrong person lol 6:50
So tough!! Awe that stinks. I would of been upset too. 😅

My 5 & 7 year old daughters are constantly asking for sleep overs and I just can’t…. I don’t trust anyone with my kids, but I also don’t have family that they can go and stay with either that is like a sleepover.
I am just like you!! That’s how it was for me and I never let my kids go that little either. I just let Aubrey for the first time at 13 & Adrienne at 11. 😅 it’s SO hard to know what goes on in another persons home. I’m still going to be super selective of who they are allowed to stay the night with.
@@ashleyforbes I ask my husband all the time how do you relay to small children that just sees the good in people that not everyone is a good person in this world, especially when we are taught to see the good in others. It’s a constant battle
