Beautiful tree friend mine it's about 6 in tall and 3 1/2 in wide. Been in its pot since the spring here in Tennessee it just started yellowing pretty dramatically when it got cold here even though there has been no Frost yet... Any ideas?

Watching videos around RUclips looks like bonsai is a synonym of cut and wire that poor little plant. I recently own an hinoki from my relatives, its about 7-8 years old, planted and never touched so far. You should see that tree, when it takes roots in the pot after the transplant.. its awesome, just have to do some branches’s cleans and you get a fat, small, but mostly OLD Calocedrus Decurrens in your garden. I find this much more ‘’zen’’ than a snakey tree. Anyway thank you for sharing, it is always helpfull,

No sé exactamente qué sustratos tienes. Piedra pómez de 2-5 mm, lava, perlas de arcilla, akadama o similar. generalmente también disponible en ebay
