@@Sean-qr6ho, When Canada played, I estimated around 3,000 people in the audience. That's partly due to the lack of interest of the general public to watch a bunch of children (talented teens in this case) play hockey. The other factor is, this is just the preliminary rounds, so there isn't much interest outside of the "major" teams (and the host country). According to the official website, last year's tournament average just under 2,000 people per game. Averages are misleading as they take all people who attended and divided it equally amongst the games (~36,000 people total). So, I expect the medal games especially to have 4,000+ people watching, which more than makes up for the other games in which only friends and family of the players are in the stands, lol. It would have made more sense to play in an AHL, WHL, or ECHL arena which can only seat 3,000 to 5,000, a NHL sized arena is just not the correct venue for such a tournament... but hey, let's allow the kids enjoy being in the arena. :)
The number of fans in the crowds is 😂 reminds me of growing up playing... Only parents and families in the stands
They should play this in czech republic, people would still show up.
I’m from the US and two of my buddies are in Germany.
Super Jungs aus Franken #7 & #25
Ouch..... Germany hasnt been beat that bad since the 2nd world war...😲i thought i was watching nhl 24 on easy mode🤣
Where is this being played? Like 100 people in the crowd..
It’s where the Oilers play, but who wants to go see Germany vs USA
Edmonton….
@@2011Olywhen Canada plays arena isn’t full either.
Theres a couple sections where they only sell tickets in groups of 12...
