I usually call the rail flare "the lazy palm spin"
Just dropping by the say thanks for all the great tutorials, especially this one, and the mention of being careful with the balance. I actually did go over backwards today, but since you'd mentioned it had a chance to think about it and was ready. Recovered by pulling close to the bar, curling into a tight ball and swinging under the rail. Thought for sure I was going to hit, but I missed everything and walked away without a scratch. I'm not sure that's the recommended recovery move, but at least I avoided a possible concussion.
Thanks for featuring me bro! And I love that you chose the side flip one! Sweet tutorial as well.
Yeah sure thing. And thanks for sending your video clip!
No problem. Keep up the epic!
Awesome tutorial man! Thank you for using me in your video, it has been a dream of mine to be in one for a long time, I almost got the rail flair down to! Thanks dude your awesome.

Sweet! I already took some time to learn the Italian Job from your videos, but this will help me with technique. Thanks Ronnie!
For the Italian Job, I find a key to be keeping the back straight. If you go over and can't come back, it's because you keep trying to use your body to prevent yourself from falling when your really have to just slide around to the other side by gravity rather than strength. Once I sucked my back straight, I got both tricks like magic.
Great tutorial Ronnie, thanks to this I can impress people with a simple rail trick!
I like how the Italian job looks more than the rail flair, I feel like it has more flow.

parkour/freerunning: Train in all conditions. Een speeltuin is ook een plek waar je freerunning/parkour kunt oefenen. Dat is juist het leuke aan parkour en freerunning het kan altijd en overal!
XxJustCherryxX i know maar regen is hatelijk XD
WizzardAdventures Ja, dat is waar... om maar niet te spreken over sneeuw...
Sneeuw is er niet zo vaak In Nederland
One thing on worry about is falling back off the rail on the Italian Job, is there anything that helps this?
I had the same problem when I learned it. It might seem kind of freaky, but I actually sat on the rail and tucked my head to my chest and fell (slowly) backwards. I found that I actually just hung upside down under the rail if I held on tight. If I ever screw up and fall back, I just hang on for dear life and tuk my chin in and am yet to have hit my head. Be very careful at first though and practice on grass/dirt (like I did) if not a pad at first. Hope this helps and good luck!
Do it slowly at first by just placing you legs on one at a time. Then when you start going for it, keep your weight straight down on the bar, don't lean backward or too much forward and you should be alright. Worst come to worse, try it on a narrow brick wall.
I like how he always sounds like he needs to blow his nose lmao and thanks Ronnie I can do a rail flare now
Hey Ronnie do you breakdance?
ahmed emad. what is he doing wrong in the front flip chek him and tell me plz
Dat beard doe
Vector VS Ronnie
Hi Ronnie can an 11 year olds start parkour?
Why do you no first person
My but won't touch the rail after the lazy vault, any tips??
Practicing sitting on the rail and practice on what Ronnie taught in this video.
I think sitting on the rail is a very good idea, mostly with both hands and try your very best to keep your feet off the ground. Keep on practicing and then try with only one hand. Keep on practicing and then practice jumping over the rail one foot at a time while your hand is still on the rail.
If it doesn't make any sense, watch this video.

Good Luck!
If it doesn't work, try the Rail Flare, you might find that a bit more easier, comfortable, or better.
can i be on one of your video
I'm having trouble. I keep hitting my foot on the rail. What can I do to fix that?
Remove your foot
Cakes Let's Plays xD you do have a point
XD yeah. That would help! But on the second time up I hit my foot on the bottom of the bar
Italian Job, eh? Last night, Mister Governor, my toilet was broken into. ;)
air flare
I run on that path lol.
