HI IAN HUNTER! NEW-SONGS & NEW-ALBUM = VERY VERY COOL & TOP!! -- GREETINGS FROM: MARIO P. / CH-LUCERNE / SWITZERLAND / BYE BYE & SO LONG.......... "IAN HUNTER FOR EVER...!!"
Alow Alow Alow Yea when I was 17 back in 72 and found this band Mott the Hoople! Bought all the older albums I could find At K-Mart! Yea, I hear what you’re thinking but it was Freehold NJ in the 70’s Started playing them at all Friday night house party’s even recorded them to reel to reel to spread around. We we’re the original mixed up young dude’s and loving it! Next thing we know MTH is playing at the Asbury Park convention center just a outstanding concert! Thanks Ian for a lifetime of musical history! Ya gotta stay young….
back in the 70s instead of cancelling a concert in kansas city due to lack of ticket sales ian hunter played in a bar called "pogos" in a suburb of kc. it was very intimate, like he was playing just for the small crowd and it was a great concert. i really appreciated the fact that he still wanted to play for his fans regardless of the number of tickets sold. "once bitten twice shy," "who do you love" and "all american alien boy" are still among my favorite songs. and the stuff he did with mott the hoople was great too. THANK YOU IAN! for giving me a lifetime of musical pleasure.
This is what it is all about!! People like Ian ,and the late Alan Merrill who played just for the fun of it. He wrote "I Love Rock N Roll" and he really meant it, and he lived it, and its the same with Ian Hunter
Great to see you Ian. Look forward to this interview and the Defiance album is on pre order. Hoping we get to see you live at least once in 2023 - would make the year. #Hate the hate. PS young person first comment at 17 listening to the great man - your musical taste is excellent! 👏👏
Almost 50 years since I saw Ian with Mott. Saw the 74 anniversary show in Boston in 2019. Lets just say this. Ian is the greatest rocker to ever strap on a guitar. End of discussion.

Will you promote the record with an American tour? When will your Rant Band be returning?
