Hi Ryan……a huge thanks to you for all the awesome 👏 information…you have really helped educate us. My husband and I are looking at used trucks for an RV Hauler. My question is I’ve been researching various trucks and I like the KW certified preowned program but it appears to only apply to Pacer engines. That said, is the serviceability still problematic and mostly limited to KW or Pete dealers? I’m looking at trucks 2020 or later and w/ less than 350k miles and less than 15k hours on the engine. Your advice on Paccar? Should I stick w/ Cummins?

How often should a super 10 dump truck regen in your opinion ?

Or even getting down to the problem right away instead of multiple visits and part of the answer or no answer. The semi tractor sits and then comes back nothing was done.Where your left out, knowing what your talking about forces the correct work to be done instead of being penilazed because your not a technician or don't know enough and that service guy doesn't have the patience to do the required work to get you on your way and makes you think that the problem has been solved and your left with questions that will not get answered anytime soon.

The thing about forced regens is I DO NOT want someone doing it next to me at the truck stop, so where are people going to do it? I do it at my yard and when I do, I disconnect the trailer, pull the truck out away from other trucks and open the hood because it gets SO hot when doing the regen.
