❤ I was in my 15 when I heard very first time this solo, I am now in my 53...and I heard all big guitarist in world, maybe Malmsteen or Buckethead to give same feeling of nostalgy on solo, just them is one of genius in world armony in world, and solo in all song is like a eternal cry on my heart...all life is daily my hymn

Even though Rob's voice isn't the same as what it was, it still brings a lot of emotion to me hearing the way he sings the chorus on this performance of Rock Hard Ride Free. I'm truly glad that Judas Priest have finally made it into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
@@christianstrobach5268 Yeah...I heard he got plagued with illness on this tour. He doesn't look too well here but he carries himself like a trooper and he sounds very emotional.
Who gives a shit if he has to use a teleprompter? He's not the President. If you had written as many songs as he has, you wouldn't be able to remember them either. Would you rather see him forget the lyrics so people could talk about that? They are fu**in' old!! Cut'em some slack. This is real Priest. Anything else is a tribute band!
Quite frankly, I would LOOOOVVEEE to be able to do this in my sixties/seventies!!! I will always have something to do and somewhere to go, and my grandchildren can always brag about having the coolest "Pop-Pop" on the block!!!
I can't believe they even attempted this song. It's painful to watch Halford trying and get through it. Time is cruel beast. Even Tipton is having problems. Gotta give kudos for having he balls to trying and pull this off.
I really stopped listening to Priests albums after Nostradamus & KK left because it jus didn't sound the same without him, which is weird cause I really dig the records they did with Tim Owen's. In retrospect they've had some decent tunes on both Redeemer of souls and Firepower but Nostradamus is their best work since rob's return along with Angel of Retribution
I heard him last year and he was hitting those notes no problem at all. He's got at least another 2 octaves back on top of that again since. He must have had a vocal cord injury then.
i have a question, ppl pls help :D with white flying v it's K.K.Downing and with black guitar (who does seconde solo) is Glenn Tipton ? umm u just wanna learn right parts of guitar of this song, and i need to know who is doing fisrt solo and who is doing second ;D
Paul McCartney has more songs, and remembers all the lyrics. Bruce Dickinson once said that when you have to rely on a teleprompter, it's time to quit.
I couldn't agree with you more. I love Halford, but age is catching up to him. I sometimes wish Ripper would return, he still could sing. I saw Priest last year, and halford had to take a seat and rest while he was talking. He also relies too much on a teleprompter.
666mathew I saw them last year, I agree, his voice is still metal, but he cant hit as many high notes. I hope they end with one more amazing album and tour
Most underrated priest song of all time
It rocks man
Shut up
Don't tell me to shut up,ok
Es de mis preferidas
Agreed!
That Double harmony always puts a smile on my face.
7 years later but completely agree
Is joker

Rob was ill on this Concert. He would sing this Song also today very much better, thats s for sure 😉
@@christianstrobach5268 Yeah...I heard he got plagued with illness on this tour. He doesn't look too well here but he carries himself like a trooper and he sounds very emotional.
That tour he had serious back issues also I worked back stage and know for a fact he suffered that whole tour
@@eg4752 Nevertheless, Halford delivered the goods in spite of that. Priest never disappoint.
Defenders of the Faith, my favourite album!
My all time favorite song, period
Ejmin Khashaki maaaan ...
KK and Tipton just amazing!
So good. All of the Defenders album is underplayed.
Oh man easily their best album
Great 👌 song, chant, and mantra! Judas Priest band never fails to deliver empowered lyrics,🤘
One of KK’s best solos
Whoa, I'd say the opposite. Glenn's feeling is great while K.K. does all the crazy stuff with dive bombs and wah-wah. They both fit in songs so well.
K.K Downing IS THE BOSS!!!!
Nope. GLENN TIPTON IS !
Glenn absolutely
Andree Aguilar yeah KK is the best
What you mean dudes, both are excellents.
Both
Love to see kk back in priest
That's a hymn
The vocals were insane to begin with. I don't suppose any human being can keep that up, with advancing age. It was (is) a great song though.
😀😁🙏👍👌✌️.ok mantap, lagu yg aku cari ketemu. Judas Priest
Kk and Glenn what a duo
Esos riffs me levantan !!!!🎸🎼🎼🎸🤘🏼
Great to see this played live! Rare to see live.
OHH JEAH i think every priest album is underplayed -.- there are too many good songs
they could play them all !!
Great song, riff, solos, EVERYTHING!
Quite frankly, I would LOOOOVVEEE to be able to do this in my sixties/seventies!!! I will always have something to do and somewhere to go, and my grandchildren can always brag about having the coolest "Pop-Pop" on the block!!!
Judas Priest Forever
Great solos!!
I can't believe they even attempted this song. It's painful to watch Halford trying and get through it. Time is cruel beast. Even Tipton is having problems. Gotta give kudos for having he balls to trying and pull this off.
The year of Parkinsons and Rob's worst performances.
love his voice !!! before, now and ever!!!!
Love love this song, underated Priest song
a very underrated song on Defenders deserved more credit
Such a great tune.such a shame the priest voice is gone.best metal vocalist ever Rob halford.he can't do it no more and it's sad.rip.
The solos are great on this jem, and KK steals the show on this one. So pumped they played this.
hmmm owesome performance,Rob couldnt deliver but is Judas priest, so many good times and so many great live memories
Hallford, Tipton, Downing, Hill is the "METAL GODS"
Are*

Firepower is awesome man give it a shot.
Firepower is without a doubt the best album since Painkiller
@@thatguy69808 that’s a matter of opinion.
what a fucking gem
my favourite album and my favourite song. Yeah.
Goodbye Rob's voice, we'll miss you.
His voice is now back!!!
Go and listen to Firepower by Priest.
Damn he's still kickass even with his damaged voice!
KK Downing is fuckin' kicking ass
KK and Glenn are the best duo in metal ever
Bartek Maśląkowski Well I would call IM a trio. Don't forget Janick
Lenivy Gamer I am the fan of 80's Maidens.
Bartek Maśląkowski imho, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden are the best metal bands of all time
j'adore cette musique
Awesome 👌
I always think that they never played this masterpiece live...
They also played it back in 1984, there's a video on RUclips
this is not objective to say "this is a good performance" but at this age singing like in 80s is impossible.
Glennn *___* so fucking good...! he is the fucking god!
don't care bout the voice...it's priest!!! at least he aint using auto tune
robs voice is leaps and bounds better than this now
Future of mankind is a good example.
The Great song yeah......
es increible diosssss!!!!!!!!1
KK Downing and Adrian Smith!!! the greatest!
GLENN TIPTON and ADRIAN SMITH!!! the greatest
As for me, this album is the best of J. P. Where my 16 years old?)))
For me defenders Is the second best álbum, the best Is Sad Wings of Destiny
@@eddieburton6667 your option, bro!!
Gema what have u done!!!
Rob on that year his voice was so fucking bad now he is singing better.
+theantarex One of their hardest songs too, yeah, he does sound better today.
I heard him last year and he was hitting those notes no problem at all. He's got at least another 2 octaves back on top of that again since. He must have had a vocal cord injury then.
I'm actually surprised that they actually put the song in a higher key than the original version making it harder to hit the high notes.
I think he was recovering from a cold here or so I have heard.
Suberbe morceaux sinon de l'album defender of the faith
Love kk
metal hymn
Kerry King cries when he hears this!
Don't know what happened to his voice in this show. Recent performances have been much better.
God Rob's high notes sound like total shit here. So glad he bounced back from the personal disaster that was 2008
"Utazz ingyen, Rockizz kemenyen" Luigi
Judas is great!!!!
Bendecido en su voz aun
i have a question, ppl pls help :D with white flying v it's K.K.Downing and with black guitar (who does seconde solo) is Glenn Tipton ? umm u just wanna learn right parts of guitar of this song, and i need to know who is doing fisrt solo and who is doing second ;D
First answer after 6 years :P
First KK, second Glenn.
listen to Screaming for Vengeance from 2015... it's totally like another Rob
Glenn Tipton
you are a guitars monster
Paul McCartney has more songs, and remembers all the lyrics. Bruce Dickinson once said that when you have to rely on a teleprompter, it's time to quit.
100 % sure ? ;DD
🙀🙀🙀🙀💀💀💀💀
lol
Glenn maybe a better shredder but KK is a lot beter when it comes to melody

Concordo cara
voice problem
KOMATARA...
Autocue....he's using an autocue :(
glenn comes first then kk

He is struggling
no no nonononononono.... rob, no... not this song... not like this...
Antichrist2000 and even better now
Rob is suffering to sing. he should seek technological audio resources to amplify his voice.
Poor guy totally lost his voice :(
PowerCategory5 now he is back!
One year latter he was singing like hell!!!
Can't sing anymore.....unfortunately
Halford sounded pretty dreadful here tbh.
Too slow on the intro and vocals are awful sorry I love the song but this version made me sad
The worst live performance ever
terrible the voice are expired!!! :(((
Fuck outa here
horrible vocals . the falsetos don't work .. and intro as well
