I have a PPQ M2 and a PDP. Both are awesome pistols, but I wouldn't place the PDP on the same category of a micro compact pistol since it is a large compact pistol. The Kimber, the Ruger, and the Shield are awesome pistols, and any of these are well deserving of the #1 spot.
Number 1 shocked me. I have a PDP and it's bigger than all my compact size guns that are 15 round capacity. It's bigger than the Glock 19. Very thick too.

I have to disagree with your assessment on the P365, having to go to the P365XL to get 'pinkie' satisfaction. I think there is a 15-round available for the P365 too. I didn't like the looks of it, so I went with the 12-round. Still looks good!
Totally missed the Shadow Systems CR920! I personally think and carry the XR920 is better. But since this is about CCW and most the guns on the list are mirco 9mm the CR920 was missed. But either pistol is better than half the guns on this list.
I Carry the SIG P355XL with the 15 round mags. Romeo zero sight and taclight. It conceals just fine but with the 15 round mag it’s a tad heavier. The rounds are literally a big part of the carry weight. I’ve carried this for 2 years now. It suits me to a T.

Very accurate! and very little kick. Love it! Nice job, Walther! I don't have the model your showing, I have the ccp n love it.
The most important thing is how well it fits in your hand -- especially if you've got particularly small or large hands, or normal hands with really stubby fingers (my problem) then fit is going to matter first and everything else second. I ended up with a Kimber Micro 9 because it just fits my hand right. It only hold six rounds but I'm just much more accurate and can handle it better than anything else I've tested.

I’ve been looking to acquire my first handgun, primarily for EDC and home defense. After watching many reviews and videos, I’ve narrowed down my options to these: 1) Walther PDP (Full Size 4") - $649 2) Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro - $799 3) Glock 43X MOS - $499 OR Glock 19 GEN 5 MOS - $699 4) Canik TP9 Elite SC - $399 5) Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro OSP - $599 6) Beretta APX A1 (Full Size 4.25") - $479 7) Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 Bundle (4.25") - $649 8) IWI Masada Slim/9S (3.4")- $450 Any recommendations? P.D. All of these are within my price range, which is $399-$799 (excluding taxes).
I own a hellcat and it is great! I have put about 600 rds through it and not one malfunction. It is a little snappier than some of the other options but it hasn't been an issue for me
Glock anything will fire 99.99% of the time. Period. When carrying concealed and the sh!t hits the fan, you want something that is going to fire. Period. I’ve carried concealed for 15plus years and I would not have any firearm on my person other than Glock. It’s simple and consistent. Yes it’s Polymer and not fancy but it will go as well as any pistol on the market. And this is not opinion, this is fact… good luck on your purchase!
I tried many of the ones that fit the list and several years ago I settled on the Sig Sauer P365 and haven't been disappointed, in fact, I've been happy with my decision. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but well worth it. The trigger was the selling point for the runners up.
Don't sleep on the Canik S9 it's a beautiful little sub compact it just has a smaller barrel and I like at least 3.4 inch prefer 3.6 at least 3.4 and bigger tho for accuracy.
I just added a Bul armory SAS II ultralight to my rotation. 16+1 and no misfires after the first 250 rounds. Not as concealable as a P366, and ya gotta love that 1911 trigger. Yes, it is a 2011 and the trigger is the same a 1911.
"jams","misfires","malfunctions". All are almost non existant with a revolver. A Colt or Smith & Wesson snubnose 38. caliber should be fine. A revolver is all I would ever carry.
Watched this again, Ruger is always a safe bet,Max-9 hides great. But any Walther is best. BUT Train, train, train some more.Great shooter makes up for what any weapon might lack.
Really confused with the #1 and #2 spots in this review... The reviewer put the Springfield Hellcat RDP at #2 but then criticized its compensator as adding weight and length to the end of the barrel. If you're going criticize that, why not go with the SIG p365 XL Spectre Comp or the SIG p365 X Macro? Both of which have a built in Comp that doesn't add any length to the barrel or extra weight, but both were not even in this Top 10 list. Then at the #1 position is the PDP, which is an awesome gun, but is much bigger than the rest of the guns in the review (PDP has a width of 1.32" and most "best conceals" are around 1").
Enjoy my Kahr as well, I slip it in my front pocket in a pocket holster. May not be double stack but I always have it with me. Bought mine 12 yrs ago and have had no issues

"With a miniscule length of 6 inches"
I feel personally attacked.
Personally in love with my usp compact
P365 hands down the best!
"jams","misfires","malfunctions". All are almost non existant with a revolver. A Colt or Smith & Wesson snubnose 38. caliber should be fine. A revolver is all I would ever carry.
I would choose the one you forgot to mention, the Glock 43
Watched this again, Ruger is always a safe bet,Max-9 hides great. But any Walther is best. BUT Train, train, train some more.Great shooter makes up for what any weapon might lack.
That's what I need...a gun that weighs as much as a half gallon of Milk! I have enough issues with keeping my pants up!
La mayoría se basa en la Glock...poco creativas esas casas de armas ,igual ,se ven muy confiables ,buen video.
Talks about the PDP and then shows a scene of the PPQ [15.48]
I’m happy with my p365
No Glock 26 … the emperor of concealable pistols ?
g26 is history and acient bro. Thick and very short!! Hated it.
The Canik MC9 is supposed to be on the list.
The Wilson Combat SFX9 is not a striker fired pistol as your review/selection states
It also will have the best trigger of any of these.
Striker fired will never be a smooth and crisp as a single action. 1911 type trigger
1:30 "all of these are striker fired handguns..." Starts list with a hammer... Quality script writing.
I’m used to my Kahr PM9, however I’m sure those on the list are good as well
u need an upgrade to double stack micro 9!
Enjoy my Kahr as well, I slip it in my front pocket in a pocket holster. May not be double stack but I always have it with me. Bought mine 12 yrs ago and have had no issues
Is the 1911 a striker fired handgun now? Why did they change?
Would NOT trade my EDC x9 for anything shown here or other I have seen for EDC. Ten years carry and IDPA competition absolutely ZERO problems. If it doesn't hit what I am shooting at it is my problem.
I changed channel and started not to believe on this the moment I see the misspelled “dependable.”
Canadian here ! Is it normal that they all look so similar ? All the same lines on the slide ? All square ?
Do all handguns look so... alike ?
PX4 storm compact carry is my choice. A little picky on the ammo it likes, no steel or reloaded casings but its been great to shoot and carry.
A bit chunky imo. Decocker and slide release wings make it worse. Love the trigger in single action though.
@@craigmcdonald6305 the compact carry is the upgraded one with a lighter trigger pull, night glow sites, and decock only with no wings. it is a little larger then i would like but it fits my hands and holds the larger mag from the full size model
You must be referring to the SUB-compact. Or possibly the LTT version.
Where I can buy ???
Hey Dan!😉 subbing.
FYI I wouldn’t trust the Crimson Trace 1550 , I had one on my Shield Plus and my M&P 9c , both failed . The 9c it failed from the beginning, dot moved around when you moved the gun. The Shield it was good for about 500 rounds but then stopped holding Zero. Every weekend at the range I had to rezero it. Just heads up but personally I wouldn’t trust my life to CT at least the cheaper models.
Great video!!! Thank you for your time and knowledge its much appreciated
Great list. I’d put SIG p365 as 1st
How's the PDP a micro compact gun? I have two of them, but they are definitely not micro guns lol
“ all stricker fire 9mm handguns” first gun is a hammer fire
...and all of them trumped by the HK P30sk or the VP9sk
So number 1 option is a full-size gun on a list of best concealed guns? Apples to peaches.
Looks like I'm the only guy alive who owns a Sig 320 x compact with Romeo 1 red dot
