The genius of this play is putting Candace at the forefront. The second bit of genius is, in terms of musicals, THIS is the "Brand New Day" moment. JUST short of a Giant Candace rampaging the streets JUST like in Doctor Horrible...wait she DID do that in the show didn't she?...
