Understandable English is seriously one of the hugest leaps that vocal synths have made. Everyone who used to lie about being able to understand Miku's English in 2013 frustrated me so much. No you couldn't, she and the other vocaloids were objectively incomprehensible without subtitles. They didn't sound bad, but you're kidding if you say you can understand. These new synths actually sing in English and it blows my mind.

This is astounding. Definitely the most realistic male VB so far. And the tuning is CRAZY. It perfectly mimics the quirks and style of 200's punk rock / emo. I've never considered purchasing a male VB before this but I might be in love. This version of Just Be Friends is so perfect (and I love the original, so).

I mean, it's a pretty good metal cover, but it's not quite what I'd call screamo? There were several parts where it felt like the song was building for Jun to scream and then he didn't. The background screaming doesn't really sell it for me. I know it's difficult to get SynthV to do screaming, but I've found RV Growl can get fairly close, I'm sure if you played around with it you could get Jun to scream. As it stands, though, I feel like this is more of a metal cover than a screamo cover.
