@Victor Bailey I totally 💯 agree, very informative, and definitely a lesson was given out of this interview, This man was young and so was Choke No Joke, but also the man who robbed him, his intentions was to rob Johnnie and hurt Johnnie as well, so it was a you or me situation, The older men shouldn’t have listen to the guy to come attack force and Rob force, so he was in the wrong as well, and that was premeditated, so I understand force having to protect hisself, and the individual who died I understand he might have not been thinking clearly and just moved out to attack force and his friends knowing it could have been consequences, so that’s also another lesson learned that you just don’t move out on someone because someone else tells you to, because everyone knows a scared person will hurt you more because of them being feared of what you might do to them, And far as choke goes he says he wasn’t cool with force and they weren’t close etc but in the court paperwork choke says he knows force from school, and also from hanging out and friends in common, so the car that they were driving was force car, which choke shouldn’t have never still drove the car after force said to park the car up, that’s how the car got stopped by the cops, so even with the lady pat(RIP) testimony, choke still wasn’t there so all he had to say was he didn’t know anything and that he didn’t see anything far as the actual fight that led to the murder, but when you testify and say force grab a pouch 👝 and he ran around the corner and when he came back he had blood on his shirt, choke gave that information up and those details it’s in the transcripts, even with choke already being in the street selling drugs meaning he knew the street life, he knew the street code, so him getting arrested days later again for being in the car after he was told to park the car up, so he continued to drive Johnnie car meaning once you drive everything’s on you after that, and I understand the cops were interrogating choke scaring him but again he wasn’t there and literally all he had to say was he didn’t see anything or nothing period, choke offered information which helped the prosecutors, he gave details, to say a beige knife pouch and to see they ran after the man around the corner and to say blood on a shirt, that’s why he was a eye witness for the prosecutors, and choke knows this, his story is what made the prosecutors stick the women pat story with what extra choke had to say, and again choke WASNT a regular citizen, he was also in the streets as well as force, so he was well aware of the code of the street, and choke also was well aware of what to do and not to say, choke was older then force almost 19, I’m sorry facts are facts, it’s no way around this interview but that choke told and literally worked with the prosecutors, he could have pleaded the fifth, or again I didn’t see nothing which as choke says he literally didn’t see anything so how you go from that to literally on the stand and had to have multiple conversations with the DA prior to awaiting a two year Trial to testify for the DA, and after the damage is done for him to say he wasn’t that cool with force was BS, straight up because he was riding around with him, school, and hanging around the way so choke might not have been bestfriends but they defiantly was close enough that prior to the arrest they were together and choke was chilling around them enough to say he knew him from school, neighborhood, etc Sorry 😞 not sorry it’s clear as day he snitched, and even with choke saying he had a bloody nose, who would say that😒😒 why would you even say bloody nose 🤫 Praying for you Johnnie and all the time you did, hope mentally your able to survive in society, after being incarcerated for so long, I can’t tell your a change man, and your definitely a genuine and very intelligent man, keep changing minds, helping the youth, and making a difference in your community‼️

If you are part of illicit activity on the streets... and you get involved with or obtain knowledge of a crime... and you provide information that can be used to corroborate information used by the prosecution to get someone sentenced to prison, directly or indirectly... You are what we call a rat or a snitch. A dry snitch would be someone who involves themselves into something that they didn't even have to involve themselves because they weren't a part of that crime.
