It is instant streaming of movies, newscasts, and television shows. It's really fantastic to have. It cost us about $8 a month or if we don't want commercials it costs about $20 a month. We must have internet and some kind of streaming device. I use a ROKU box.
Funny !!/:) I think there is something about each one of the great characters on The Golden Girls that I love. And the cast made it a great show. You couldn't change on single actress and keep it funny and entertaining.
I loved it when Blanche went to the nursing home to visit her mother (suffering from Alzheimers) and mom said: "I thought that happened to Virginia. Wasn't Virginia the slut?" and Blanche PROUDLY answered: "No mam, that was ME!"
When she gets caught up in one takes of a guy and talking about how nice defined and toned they are I start drooling myself I live a guy with muscles like that so I can't help it
Sophia: Oh, Dorothy, can I make a little suggestion for when you go for your makeover? Dorothy: Sure, Ma, what is it? Sophia: Don't expect a miracle. The hurt on Dorothy's face KILLS me every time 😂
I see the irony of a mother-daughter dynamic between a 60 and an 80 year old just like the same dynamic between a 40 year old and her teenage daughter. It is the classic love hate relationship that we can relate to. Dorothy's character was strong and I admired her for the way she handled the teasing and the barbs. Deep down, you knew the characters loved each other dearly.
I remember another hilarious moment when Blanche dressed as a nun and carry some underwears on her hand encounter a real priest and said " We're here collecting lingeries for needy sexy people" 😂

I used to be sick for so long. I would be sick twice a year and each time it would last two to three months and always led to bronchitis, so essentially I would be sick half of the year, every year. Then I heard Betty White say that she drinks a vitamin C capsules every day after she was asked how she stays so energetic. Ever since then I have been taking a vitamin C everyday and I haven't been sick since and it's been 4 years now Vitamin C is a miracle drug

Bea Arthur's expression and sardonical eyebrow lift made every sarcastic comment legendary. Because she had such a strong facial expression and she delivered the lines with perfect timing. You just can't stand the fact that these four ladies had more comedy in one eyebrow than your crappy, disgusting family guy.
Bea Arthur looks just like my grandmother and I would watch it as often as I could when I missed my grandmother. When Bea Died, I cried for 3 days. It was like my grandmother dying all over again. I’ll still watch this when I miss her and now my mother who’s gone. This show means more than I think they ever knew. ❤️
My mom reminded me of Dorothy. Just shorter in height. Same No nonsense attitude too. Mom died in April 2020. I miss her so much and I watch Golden Girls all the time. I hate it when they call Dorothy ugly. She was beautiful like my mom 🤍
I don’t think they could ever bring back this kind of comedy. I did hear they were going to do another updated version of the Golden Girls. It won’t work if they do. Those ladies were truly professionals and so funny!

No matter how many times I watch an episode of the Golden Girls I laugh just as hard as if I were watching for the first time. This show will go down in history just like I Love Lucy did. An amazing cast amazing writers amazing crew.

Bea Arthur's walk glided like royalty and the deepness of her voice was woman deep not man deep. I love the quick witted, brilliant comedic timing, side splitting ,hilarious brutal lines. The roar of the audience makes me wish I could seen this wonderful show live. No laugh tracks here. No matter how many times I've seen repeats it never gets old. These women were brilliant.

No matter how many times I watch an episode of the Golden Girls I laugh just as hard as if I were watching for the first time. This show will go down in history just like I Love Lucy did. An amazing cast amazing writers amazing crew.

Funnier than friends and any other show . I always love everything, they even talked about LGBT ,black people and sexisms . They treated it in that decade and with old women but yet was more advance than Friends and they had three times their ages . Amazing show Golden girls and Sofia crying and regretting how she treated her gay son always hit me

Yes! And Designing women and wait...moonlighting? No...there was another show that played after and I can’t remember. Golden girls always played after Wheel of fortune or closely after if I remember correctly. Oh I loved these shows!
I remember. Back when it was a big deal for Saturday night. Empty nest was right after GG. I think facts of Life was on 8 pm then 227 at 830 pm then GG at 9 pm then empty nest. Lol.
