Nice job. Use an old farmers trick. Treat your in ground post with 50/50 blend of diesel fuel and burnt motor oil. Just paint it and let it soak in. After that you can also coat the pole with flex seal. It is the water getting to the wood that destroys it. You might want to consider using Fast2K foam versus concret. It’s too late to do foam on this building, but I’ll look into it anyway. We have hundreds of feet of fencing we’ll be putting in soon that it may be useful for.
