check these things in order bleed coolant system check cruise control hoses attached to intake dirty iacv dirty throttle body dirty air control screw or fast idle valve if your honda has one.
I know right I think it might be the PCV valve but it’s just in a terrible spot so that’s what I’m gonna try to investigate today thanks for the comment I’ll post updates periodically

I love when my 2000 does this, I recently had this issue so I cleaned the iacv but she’s still giving me issues here and there :/
i want to say, open you radiator and turn the heater on, maybe air pockets in the cooling?
