"Jasper" /'dʒæspə/ is usually pronounced ['dʒæ^ spə] in which the symbol ʌ is used to indicate that the accented syllable is clipped. Also, as /p/ is sandwiched between /s/ and /ə/ in the 2nd syllable, there is no room for /p/ to be aspirated.
