WHY I KEEP MY 100 SERIES STOCK, NO UPGRADES | One Major Reason Why!

In this episode of MGC, I explain why I keep my 100 series stock. The unique 100 series Land Cruiser was the only generation to feature torsion bars over coils. The setup, coupled with AHC makes the vehicle ride amazing whilst being very capable. I believe the original setup is best placed to overland far and wide. Once you start adding lift, big tyres and different suspension components , the 100 series can become less comfy Aswell as having driveline issues that need correcting & angles that cause more wear & tear on cv axles amongst other components. Here’s why I keep mine stock, for now atleast!

Approx 5km/L in city 6.5-7km/L highway

True but I had the 100 before the 80 and fell in love with the 100’s driveability almost car-like. It’s so simple to use the 100 in stock form and can still take you anywhere whilst being so smooth
