What I found interesting was….she was on Tamron for her book. Like Monique, she took her husband with her. He stole the headlines about him shushing a parishioner. She is right. In context, it made sense, and folks did not even take the entire sentence into account. She said she was not sure she ever loved Shaq. That is not the same as saying she never loved him and frankly, as you mature how you experience love changes and becomes more refined. It really is not that difficult of a concept. The issue is that we are a sound bite society. We don't listen or read or extrapolate complete thoughts anymore.

This is one of the reasons why I am not interested in purchasing and reading Shaunie's book; it has such a powerful title: "...winning on my own terms." However, during her interview on the Tamron Hall Show, she said, "He 'allows' me (meaning her husband) to be herself.' She said, "allows me" too many times and it doesn't feel like she is 'winning.' And she looked timid while speaking her so-called truth sitting next to him.
I feel a controlling spirit in the midst. I am not saying this because (in my opinion) she married a bi-sexual man, and there is nothing wrong with that; all God's children need love❤
