I had a lot of fun with it, so I hope you enjoy! I've never done medieval rap before, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm calling it the "Minstrel Rap" as an introduction to who I am. I know it's cheesy, just embrace it.
I originally made this for a radio show hosted by the one and only ‪@ZellTimbs‬ . You can see the full episode here:

He provided the sound effects and hype man vocals (I've since added high hats).

    Lyrics:
    Intro:
The story needs to be told
My name is Mark the Minstrel
And I got a tale to tell
But I'm only gonna say it once so you better listen
    les go.
    Verse 1:
Listen all you travelers and hear the tales of old
Sit with me a while for the story needs to be told
If you've never heard of me you'll want to lend your ear
for my name is Mark the Minstrel listen up and gather near
    Verse 2:
I started up in poverty with nothing to my name
But a song within my heart and a call for gaining fame
The haters tried to tear me down. They said I couldn't win
but I stand atop them now wearing a grin upon my chin
    Verse 3:
Most upon the earth have no instrument they play
Those that do have one or two but nothing can they say
when they gaze upon my repertoire of some large and small
It's at least a score or more and yes indeed I play them all
    Verse 4:
Every town I visit welcomes me with open arms
for there's none that can resist a good musician with his charms
All the fairest maidens gather dancing to the sound
for they know I am the handsomest most dashing man around
    Verse 5:
Money you all boast about is nothing yet to me
for no riches in the world can match the beauty that I see
in the stories that I hear from the sparrow to the king
I have money as well but it's not what makes me sing
    Verse 6:
Though I boast in arrogance do not mishear me say
for if not for those who follow me I'd not be here today
The skills my hands were blessed with is a gift from God above
so I thank thee now for listening and send to you my love
