Hi, good question. I used a down sleeping bag with a comfort rating of +4 Celsius with an extra liner. It was actually quite warm, but I was also super lucky with the weather. It was around 15-20 degrees most of the time. I hiked in June, so it didn’t really get dark, which means the temperature also didn’t drop that much in the night.
Incredibly beautiful shots Christian and a very inspiring adventure to me, as I am going to Norway this autumn and don't know where to start hiking. This is an epic piece of work!
Hey Mario, thanks 🙂 it’s a pretty big country so I fully understand you. I mostly have been to Lofoten and Senja and those places were just magnificent. But surely there is more to explore 👍
Absolutely beautiful area and you capture it so well in your shots! I have a video of a cycling trip around Scandinavia that I am trying to edit, but it was a long time ago and I just don't have the stunning shots like you have here to do the area justice. I will have to stick to making new films and just enjoy yours for Norway content - great job!
Hey Gerben, well in normal conditions the Hubba Hubba is absolutely fine and if you are considerate with your camp spot you should be able to find a place in almost every situation. I would not recommend it in strong winds though. I managed to break some tent poles in Scotland recently when I got surprised by some really nasty weather. If you want to be prepared for all kinds of weather I would rather go for something stronger.
Beautifully filmed with breathtaking scenery. Thanks for taking the time to film and showing your route. A big thumbs up👍
Thanks for your comment. I’m glad you liked the video 🙏
Nice Shots Chris, wäre gerne dabei gewesen, freut mich das Ihr Spaß hattet!

Hey Cathrine, thanks again for your comment. Yes, Lofoten is incredible 🙂

Hey Buddy, thanks for your comment. Glad you like the video 🙏
Beautifully shot. What temperatures did you experience during your hike, what comfort rating sleeping bag should I carry on my hike to the Lofoten?

No worries mate, just stick to the material you have and don’t try to be perfect. I’m sure it’s great what you have 🙂
Nice aerial shots in the video! What time of the year was that in?
Hey Buddy, thanks. That was in June.
This video gave me chills! What were the dates when this was filmed?
I’m glad you liked it. That was August last year.
Nice videos! How is the MSR Hubba Hubba holding up in the weather of Northern Europe? Do you like it so far?
