How to replace the wand handle on your Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner.
The wand handle has been engineered and tested to last the lifetime of your machine in normal domestic use. However if you ever need to replace it - for example, due to accidental damage - this is quick and easy to do, simply follow the steps in our video guide.
Step 1. Remove your machine from the dock and stand upright.
Step 2. Use a flat-headed screwdriver to push the release catch located in the rear of the main body.
Step 3. Lift up the wand to remove it.
Step 4. Slide in the new wand handle until it clicks securely in place.
Step 5. Once you've replaced the wand handle, select your preferred language on the screen.
