I feel you!! It took me a whole year to finally give up raw fish. I never thought I would be able to do it, but it was the only thing left to give up before being fully vegan and I just one day decided it wasn’t worth it and I haven’t looked back! Take your time and just continue to have that end goal in mind 🤍 but yes give this a go because it may help!! I really enjoyed it!

I mean here's the thing. No one created these recipes because salmon flesh is great on it's own. I'm sure that If the added ingredients "makes you entirely believe" that it's real flesh then the zalmon is genuinely identical and indistinguishable. I'm so proud of my fellow vegans

I love vegan recipes and I’m trying my best to be vegan, however I’m still wondering why vegans want to eat some food that resembles meat/fish. If they are vegan for health reasons I do understand it, but if they are vegan for moral reasons I think it contradicts a bit a concept of being vegan. Idk just saying
I understand what you mean! But most people don’t go vegan because they don’t enjoy meat or fish. They go vegan because they do not like that they are killing innocent beings. Therefore a product that resembles what they enjoy but does not harm animals is a product that some enjoy.
You clearly want fish, your body wants fish, love yourself enough to give your body genuine nutrition. Salmon is nutritious and delicious, just eat it there is no need to overthink being healthy

I don't know if these foods are really healthy. Because I feel that the average life expectancy of a Vegan person is lower than the average life expectancy of a person who eats a well-balanced diet. In addition to that, the Eastern way of thinking does not discriminate between plants and animals, but considers them all as living beings with life. If we reject fish and use a large amount of plant-based products for this processing, I cannot think of any reason, other than religious or constitutional, why we would go to such lengths to reject fish and meat. I think it's obvious that we can't discuss comparing them with people who eat junk food or picky eaters.
On my channel I just have fun with vegan alternatives. It’s exciting and does not cause harm. You can never live a 100% healthy Life in the world we live in now. There is toxic chemicals and plastics in all foods now and it is impossible to avoid. So your concern is not my concern. But it is untrue that the vegan life expectancy is shorter than a meat eaters. There is too many variables that go into a persons life and weather you are a meat eater or a vegan, there is a way to eat unhealthy on both sides. As for me, the reason I am vegan is because I do not feel the need to take an animals entire life away from them just to eat them when it is scientifically proven that I can live a long healthy life without doing so. Fish included. I believe in trying to give every living being a fair chance at life just as we all want.
