You will find 2 types of coconuts in India :
1. Only water
2. Water + cream , these contain less water than the 1st one and costs more than the 1st one .
Sellers know which type of coconut they are selling , so should have asked them for Malai (cream) one .

Buttermilk is made from the byproduct of the process of making cheese or mainly paneer...which is why it is a lot less thicker than a lassi and it is had with seasoning to give it some taste and is the best thing for a hot summer day or as a side when you have spicy food! Love the shopping video and you were in the best place for all those items!

Generally books on the street side here are cheaper than the market price on the cover. Any heavy items, always get it through a proper shop with a bill.

The books was fixed price @ Rs 150. There was a board right above your head. The actual price that they quote is usually three times more. When you paid 600 for the top, the actual price could have been bought for 400.

Water + malai.
Then he will give you the right one.
next time when you both want a coconut drink and eat the white flesh (malai), ask for ‘ coconut with water and malai’ in it. Choose a big greenish coconut, drink the water then ask the person to cut out the malai pieces to eat😋😊
