    He is a good striker - no doubt about that - but I can't see Arsenal go after him with that 80-100 million punds - he is not THAT GOOD imo - great breakdown guys ❤️

    The point when I wanted Toney is when I saw him in the flesh absolutely pocket saliba.. to me he’s a top striker and if we don’t get him one of our rivals will

      Then let our rivals get him. He's one of the most overrated strikers itw right now. The guy's 28 & has had just 1 good season where he scored 20 goals, 6 of which were penalties. I don't think he has the technical quality to play in a top team.

    The Weng liked intelligent players, apparently Mikel does too. This guy seems to be a bit of a dimwit? The gambling (twice) once when he had already been pinched. The yapping tweets and the fact that he is 27 and acts like a teenager. No no no! Great channel btw.

    Where are we getting 80 - 100 million 💷? Don't we have FFP issues? I don't think its realistic 💭 I think we need to look at playing Havertz up top more.

      If we could sell Eddie and ESR that would get us close and save a ton in wages.
      I don't want ESR leave but it looks like Mikel just isn't going to play him so may as well free up the money.

      @@matthewsimpson1404 Perhaps, but Eddie is on 100k a week! Who is going meet Arsenal’s valuation and match that salary? Like you, I would be very sad to see ESR leave!

    Why are we even making a breakdown for Toney. The club is not going to buy a striker this January.

    Ivan Toney ia not the player we need for the striker position. I know we need a striker but i don't think he's the player. Take away is penalty Goals what we have left is a striker on the same level as Nketiah. He is just built differently. And not for 80/ 100 million.. i know arsenal won't pay such kind of money.

    • @LatteFirm
      @LatteFirm  11 месяцев назад

      I think he's a better CF than Nketiah - no doubt, Paul. Lot of money, though.

    Fk no Ivan Toney!! We don't need a betting convict. He is not the player that would should be on the football pitch let alone Arsenal. Yes he is talented but has an absolutely wrong attitude, that's how he gets to the betting issue. Talent without the right attitude is not a player we need and anyone would need.

  • @Nostradanus86
    @Nostradanus86 11 месяцев назад +2

    Ivan Foney is 28 soon. The guy has no future at Brentford & they somehow will only accept a £80+ million bid for him. Brentford are 5 points off the relegation zone so if they go down you can expect to see a host of clubs offering 50%-70% of the current fee.
    If we are going for a premiership striker & breaking the bank, I'd rather we should go to Newcastle for Isak with the near Foney fee. Newcastle will want to fully comply with FFP & Isak may rather a move down south.

    • @Wheeznbreezn
      @Wheeznbreezn 11 месяцев назад

      He started playing first team football later though, rather than breaking through at 18 and being cooked by 30. i can see him being a top baller into mid 30s. And dont forget we signed ian wright at 28 and he became our record goal scorer. Think we got 7 top seasons out of him and 1 with reduced playtime behind Bergkamp and Anelka
