Sir , i was living in Palava and my 6 year old kid was admitted to their school named TSUS, my child is 6 year old, last year their staff 2 members attempted murder of my child, the whole act is captured in cctv, after seeing cctv footage police lodged FIR , now they are finding excuse to escape arrest, police did not lodge FIR AGAINST lodha staff for assaulting, abusing and destroying child's life and attacking mother if the child.
As civil engineer I know how company always favour their fav. Contractor but this case I never heard.. humiliation of contractor and stopping payment like this

I once worked for LnT which was contractor to Lodha in New Cuffe Parade. They implemented the concept of gypsum board to decrease their structural load. But the quality of those boards were so poor, if you drop a cup of water on it, entire board will soak in it. And they had poor housekeeping and material stacking... The boards were kept near open window during rains.
Once again good work krishanaraj ji. It's not only about lodha but majority builders are common with such malpractices. There is no institution or body where such matters are resolved timely. I hope if you put up an independent body where such issues can be taken up with government institutions. Individually most of the suppliers and contractors are weak but pressuring builders through an independent body will make a difference. Im sure lakhs of family and crores of people will find justice if you can come up with such an institution.
I have seen a family had to run away back to their native village because 1 builder did not pay for electrical fittings they bought by vendor.. Amount runs in lakhs ..

One day Lodha should have no contractors to do their job, Unity should be with all labours/contractors. But why are Contractors not filling FIR ? Why they dont sit on anshan or come on TV channels ?
My father is also civil contractor in Badlapur near Mumbai. Badlapur is also growing rapidly so many big players from Mumbai like godrej, thanekar, Mohan, panvelkar, tharwani etc building luxurious towers here. Short story- All are almost same they always delay the payment or even sometime cancels only people suffer are contractors and their workers. Best way to earn in these situation is work for small builders who are genuinely doings all construction sites... All big companies are just making fools to contractors cause these people are not well educated as the guy in video shown!!

I used to look at these huge and prestigious Lodha towers in Hyderabad and hoped to buy them one day. Ever since I have moved to the US, I have started believing that my dream can be turned into reality. But after looking at all your videos, its making me think. Their prices are so high that they cant be afforded by a middle class family. Inspite of charging so much, such low quality construction and fraud.
