I've received a yellow letter for more evidence on my Green Card application for medical only and I've sent the new medical evidence on 7 /02/2022 and until now I received nothing yet What to do please?
I know this is a different subject, but you think it will be a problem if my Wife fill to bring my Mom/her mother in law here on a h2b visa we're expecting.
My spouse overstated his visa and because his case was pending with USCIS he went back to his country and filed and I-130 will this rule still apply if he is.married to an.American Citizen.
