Changing Ceiling Fan Switch and Finding the Correct Circuit Breaker

I recently had to change out an old ceiling fan switch and wanted to demonstrate my Klein Tools ET310 circuit breaker finder. I thought this video might be helpful to others that are replacing switches and outlets.

What about if you want to find a circuit breaker of a ceiling fan with no lights

Unfortunately you won't be able to find the appropriate breaker without removing the mounting cover to expose the wiring. And once exposed, everything is live so you need to be careful. With access to the wiring, you can connect the alligator clips to hot and neutral, then plug in the dongle.
