Hi Agnieszka, I was wondering about your pronunciation of the word "modal". I've always been told to pronounce it as ˈməʊdl, whereas you pronounce it as ˈmɒdl.
Could you please tell me which one is correct?
Hi mam!
During a conversation between A and B,
A- I wouldn't know.
B- You would.
In this case what does 'would' mean?
For me the difficult modal verb is might.thanks
Hi Aga, let me ask you please this one question, is there in the Polish language also some modal verbs ? I think the Germans have a lot of them but they don’t like to speak about
I, probably, overuse “could” in my speaking and don’t use “might” as often as I needed because they’re quite similar to each other.
Shall
Would

The most difficult modal verb is "would".
I think the difference between the use of may and might is quite confusing.
All of them are difficult.
👍👍 🇵🇱 🇬🇧
All these you mentioned. Shall should may……
Modal verbs are one the most difficult verbs in English, but I think should and could are the worst in theoretical knowledge.
Lady's
Don't you think that word 'should' is overused by English people in order to soften up the language? For example: 'The drug problem needs to stop', instead of: 'The drug problem must stop, or at least should be stopped'.
You are beautiful

Nothing when you are teaching.
