Hi Shane I got one of these training bags from GPAA and it came with a small Gold pan for $24.94. I got right around the same amount of Gold you did here. It was fun and the pan is nice for tub panning. My bag had a lot of shiny bits of mica in it that looked like Gold until they swirled away with the sand. Thanks for the video and keep up the good work!

FYI - I ordered that wash bottle and it did take about 2.5 months to arrive. The "current situation" dictated that it took longer, but buyer beware. I did manage to get the scale finally. Each time I added it to my cart, it would disappear overnight. I did get it in a timely manor though and it works really nice.
bro your supposed to use "the gold catcher" gold pan that the GPAA sent you lol my bag had a similar amount in it but i had one larger piece that id call a picker total weight .21 g

Did you ever made a video testing your panning method, eg: putting exactly 0.25g of gold into dirt and panning it out to know if you are getting the most out of your method? If not, why not make that as a video, a kind of panning method face-off?
I know you've panned out building/play sand to find the gold content but have you tried quartz aquarium sand? It just occurred to me that as quartz is a gold bearing mineral there may well be a bit of gold in it.
I'd love to have a crack at your Gold Expert Paydirt bag, but I know you dont do international orders, shame, because for some reason, I love flour gold when it's mixed in with the black sands... Call me sadistic if you want, lol, but there's something about it when you start pulling the black sand back and the gold starts shining through... It looks lush! Sadly here in the UK, there's not many with bags like that, I even got some of the Goldwise stuff, but that was, in the most part, big gear (Which I've ordered another one for a play, see whats in there), I did quite enjoy Bri's gold and pay dirt too, you'll find him on ebay, they were okay, and they had flour, only problem is, it takes a month to get the bags over the pond! :D Anyway, love the vids, always a pleasure to watch! ;)
that's great returns. i bought eureka gold sands for just under two hundred dollars and found less than a quarter gram. i guess i learned not to buy paydirt that doesn't have a minimum gold count. live and learn eh bud?

When you finally retire crusty rusty, you should get a small cement mixing tub. I think it was around $5 at Home Depot. And it's black.
