Those are things that i didn't know and that i know do when cooking, thanks to u. Just a video suggestion. Guys stop complaining about Yousef being in the video. The video was great. However, personally I prefer the video style of the previous videos where the camera is fixed at the front of the kitchen. I feel the view is better and we are able to see everything happening much easier. It's also a much clearer representation for us. I do think Yousef and other guests should occasionally join mama erakat in the kitchen but I think we'd all appreciate Yousef, or whoever it maybe next time, to contribute more with the acctuall cooking than just constantly ask questions during her explanations. I also personally feel that Yousef came across a bit rigid and not very comfortable. If he does happen to be in the future videos I hope he can be a bit more relaxed and himself. Overall well done on the video it was fantastic. I'm excited to see more videos and the progression of this channel. Love you mama and yousef❤️keep it up!

I'm learning new things from mama Kat. I'm Mexican so a lot of those spices that are use I've never tried or cooked with. I feel like I repeat the same spices in my cooking. Garlic salt, pepper, salt and chicken bullion. I've never risensed my meat before cooking it and I'm going to now because it does gross me out. Thanks for the tips mama Kat. You're a natural.

you can use vinegar or even lemon juice with hot water to clean it!
