I didn't think of that at first, but you're right, with a decent muscle mass and fair amount of movement daily, their metabolism must be generating enough body heat for them not to feel as cold as the average joe.

Paladar Zen is one of my favorites restaurants. And checkout the organic veggies/fruit market at Principe Real. There is one vendor there that specializes in all weird and wonderful veggies and edible flowers. There is also Psi restaurant, which was inaugurated by Dalai Lama but I haven't been yet. Hope you have a fun time.

London Ontario, Canada! We have north americas first 24/7 vegan fast food with drive thru. Burgers tacos fried chicken mac n cheese breakfast sammies on and on! So many vegan restaurants and cafes here and it's not even a BIG city! Local kombucha brewery, tons of craft brew pubs. You'd be in heaven!

I'm argentinian and polish, moving to Poland soon! I was in Warsaw some time ago and there was a very decent variety of vegan restaurants, I had no trouble eating there at all. Your polish is so good! I'm trying to learn polish but I find it so hard :'(

It just warms my heart :) I didn't even know there are so many vegan places in Wrocław, I'll make sure to visit them next time I'm there :) You might wanna visit Warsaw at some point, it's quite vegan-friendly and there are many places I could recommend :) Krowarzywa is actually from Warsaw, I think they just recently opened in Wrocław. I lived in Lisbon (originally from Dublin though) for almost two years, so here are my recommendations: The Food Temple (Martim Moniz area) for creative vegan dishes and House of Wonders (Cascais) for lovely mezze style food. If you want great pizza, then I recommend In Bocca Al Lupa (between Santos and Principe Real) - everything is organic and you can choose a white, spelt or gluten free base. They also offer vegan cheese,which I’ve tried before but I preferred garlic, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives etc instead. I would recommend reserving a spot in these restaurants if you’re planning to go on Friday or Saturday evening! Enjoy Lisboa 😊

I'm Brazilian, but I've been living in Lisbon for 3 years! So great that Lisbon is your next destination, is such a beautiful city! One restaurant here that I really enjoy is Jardim dos Sentidos, it's vegetarian, but most of the options are vegan.

Well, if you decide to visit the states. I live in Portland, Oregon. We have so many fun options for eating Vegan. It’s very mainstream and tons to see. Mid July is amazing weather. We also have beautiful falls and hiking. Close enough to the beach and very close to the mountain. I’d love to take you around if you ever wanted a visit!

Fun fact; the Celtic people (Gauls) founded both Spain and Portugal (Port of Gauls) before founding Ireland and Scotland and there's still a lot of Celtic blood among them so you're kinda still among your own. In fact the only fairest skinned people in the world besides the Irish are still in Portugal. Sorry if I'm being a bit of a nerd. :-)
I'd say a "What I Eat In A Day' in Derry would be a massive challenge! Not even from there, I'm from Co. Tyrone but Derry is my nearest city! At uni in Belfast as well - the place is really rising up with regards to vegan culture, so many places to eat!
I'm half Polish so was pleased to see you visit Poland. The vegan food looked delicious especially the cafe with the lady with the short blonde hair with the dips. Those kind of places are cool, not noisy and not hipster. I live in Kent and there's very little here but I do go to London quite a bit and tbh I find the cafes too noisy and hipster. I like more quiet, stylish places really to eat in. I'll have to move to Poland obviously! That pizza. Oh boy that looked good. Fresh real pizza not frozen rubbish. I thoroughly enjoy these but have no idea how you guys manage to eat all that food several lunches several dinners without getting like the Happy Pear Shaped ha ha! Must be all the outdoor yoga you do. You asked where we are from - I'm originally from Merseyside but moved to London then Kent. I have some Irish blood on my nans side as well from Kilarney.

Riga, Latvia! Weonly have one fully vegan restaurant, but there are some places with good vegan options. But overall in general it can be a challenge similar to Poland, but that makes me appretiate the good places even more!
Come to Barcelona when you need a bit of sunshine guys- I've been building my list of good coffee and vegan places here. You should do a Happy Pear sunrise swim when you visit these places too!
You guys should check out the vegan restaurant "Princesa do Castelo" in Lisbon. They are really nice and the food ist bomb! They also have vegan cake there :)

You guys haven't gone to two places I'd say are a must when you are in Wrocław, but I guess they may not be labelled as vegan. One of them is foreign owned 'Frankies', a juice bar (SO GOOD) and the other one is a very local, very comfy coffee shop with amazingly warm owners, 'Vinyl'! But those two would steal your whole time in the city, so maybe they need a separate visit! Cheers and glad to see you in my city;)

I'm half Polish so was pleased to see you visit Poland. The vegan food looked delicious especially the cafe with the lady with the short blonde hair with the dips. Those kind of places are cool, not noisy and not hipster.
I live in Kent and there's very little here but I do go to London quite a bit and tbh I find the cafes too noisy and hipster. I like more quiet, stylish places really to eat in. I'll have to move to Poland obviously!

I thoroughly enjoy these but have no idea how you guys manage to eat all that food several lunches several dinners without getting like the Happy Pear Shaped ha ha! Must be all the outdoor yoga you do.

Warsaw is definitely on my list, and even more so now. Wow! Come to Salt Lake City, Utah in the US! We have more vegan restaurants per capita than NYC...and it’s gorgeous here.

Riga, Latvia! Weonly have one fully vegan restaurant, but there are some places with good vegan options. But overall in general it can be a challenge similar to Poland, but that makes me appretiate the good places even more!

The Happy Pear Thanks a mil. Although my car now appears to be driving itself to Clondalkin on a regular basis. So much gorgeous food and seriously guys , the staff there are the best . They really are super friendly and helpful.

You guys haven't gone to two places I'd say are a must when you are in Wrocław, but I guess they may not be labelled as vegan. One of them is foreign owned 'Frankies', a juice bar (SO GOOD) and the other one is a very local, very comfy coffee shop with amazingly warm owners, 'Vinyl'! But those two would steal your whole time in the city, so maybe they need a separate visit!
