The PS button double tap is dynamic, if you’re listening to music it will bring that up, if you’re in a game it will bring up trophies and hints, and just home screen will give you navigation.

doesn't matter about what mode you're in if you're not on 120hz
theres a power button on the console so you can turn on and off
