Cantona position is like a free role. He never stays at the top. He always drops deep to start plays. Through balls for young Giggs Scholes Beckham to zoom front. Keano the steel vault as usual. What a marvelous team
Ahh When Beckham became Beckham and the wonder kids became the league's best players Scholes, Butt, Beckham and the Nevilles. Great times Great times😍😍
The last quarter of the season, Cantona just willed that team to those wins. He stepped up when needed and a lot of those 1-0 wins that was him scoring the only goal. He's a big reason why United dominated the 90's because of his play.
Becks is in my all time Top 5 most loved Manchester United players. Ever. Skill. Heart. Desire. Belief. Grit. Hard work. Tough. His crossing, passing, shooting, teamwork and even at times - you could see a future leader. The guy just got 'IT' when it came to United. An absolute legend. ❣️
No disrespect to the defense. They clearly played their parts.. But that midfield and forward section stay unrivaled. Up there with the best ever to grace a pitch.
We had some world class players down the years but Keane would have to be number 1 for me because we always knew with Keane we could compete with the best teams in the world.
I always amazed with Giggsy since I was young and then became United fan ever since, twisting and turning, the speed, his pace when he dribbling was fenomenal
I remember in January 1997 (which was midway through the first season I was heavily into football supporting ManUtd) I got a ManUtd video it wasn't a full season review but it showed highlights of some of this 1995/96 season plus other things involving the team. The PL games it showed started with Nottingham Forest 1-1 ManUtd (Late November 1995) to WestHam 0-1 ManUtd (Late January 1996) Plus the FAcup 3rdRound match & replay vs Sunderland obviously Jan96.
I’ll never forget my old man taking me to the home game against arsenal when Cantona smashed it over David seaman -felt like old Trafford had exploded 😆
We love this content, but it would be even better if you could post the scoreline of each match, and maybe a little context of the goals that really impacted our season, title challenge etc.
I already know that because I'm a real ManUtd fan. And this is 1 season before I was heavily following football but you can look those things up yourself.
Great video. Wonderful memories! It feels great to show the twins this type of content and help them learn about legends such as Beckham, Giggs, Cantona, Scholes, Keane etc Too many to name!!
Best Left-back in PL history but I've noticed when he clearly gets taken out in the box & the ref obviously blows whistle because it's so blatant he still takes a few seconds after to realise the ref is giving it lol 19:58 he did the same in the 1994 FAcup final. It could just be because he was made to fumble so much that he doesn't know what's going on even if the whistle is loud & clear.
Great season Brilliant goals the 95/1996 season Holds such great Memories 4 me watching the goals were bring back all sorts of Memories 4 me not just 4 the football😊

Fun "DDG" Fact Our triumph was made all the more remarkable by the fact that Alex Ferguson had sold experienced players like, Mark Hughes before the start of the season, and had not made any major signings. Instead, he had drafted in young players like Beckham , Scholes and the Neville brothers.
Ahhh, the "You'll NEVER win anything with kids" season. Such a pivotal season for United. Cantona was supreme in his comeback year.
Words can't express how i love Manchester United. Greetings from Poland

Beautiful football, the crossing the passing the awareness of the teammates around, the synergy the synchronization.

This United team were great to watch 👌
Keane was magnificent 👌
No disrespect to the defense. They clearly played their parts.. But that midfield and forward section stay unrivaled. Up there with the best ever to grace a pitch.
Finally understand why they call cantona, king
Still beautiful to watch David Beckham cross the ball.
Really was a special talent to place the ball.
Best ever team at manutd

Until the Haaland-incident, many would argue that and the he ruined his whole legacy in a matter of seconds.

They were an absolute nightmare to play against, especially when they sometimes had their off days. What a team. They were just scintillating.
Alex Ferguson one of the greats. Fully deserved his knighthood for bringing through british kids, and his contribution to british football .

Great players, some brilliant goals
Brings back great memories

El verdadero Manchester united
This is why I always go nuts at my Sunday team..because I grew up on this! Soz lads...
Cantona spent the first half of the season providing assists and the second half scoring goals

Hard work mixed with talent
Ooh ahh Eric Cantona
Ooh ahh Eric Cantona ooh ahh
Eric Cantona ooh ahh Eric Cantona ooh ahh 🎵 🎶
Beautiful beautiful beautiful
What i miss about Utd nowadays is the lack of adventure in their build up play, they were something else in the late 90s early 00s!
Legendary squad !!!
Great season Brilliant goals the 95/1996 season Holds such great Memories 4 me watching the goals were bring back all sorts of Memories 4 me not just 4 the football😊
MU is always in my heart😍keep going 😈
11:52 don't go into the crowd Eric 😂
Wow, beautiful football. Sad it's not that easy to watch full matches of the 90s.
can you imagine scholes and keane replaced by fred and scot mctominay.
I'm about to go to sleep. I'll have nightmares about this scenario. I mean the difference in class between those two pairings is so wide.
@@paulrussell9632 I'll wake you up when September ends
Whew...you'll never see man marking like this again. But it did allow for wide open football.
"Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away. Now it looks as though they're here to stay. Oh, I believe in yesterday." To those who long for yesterday, I say chin up, for this too shall pass.
8:19 that pass by Scholes.
The football is beautiful 👌⚽️
Man united my favourite team
Agreed🎉🎉
Back when every goal meant something to the scorer and the team. You can see it in their reaction. Now it's like....mehhh.
When i was 14 !!!! I wanna cry 😭😁
What a team

👹MANCHESTER UNITED FOREVER👹
Cole goal
Golden team
With the amount of goals Keane has scored for United, you still have idiots calling him a DM.
Such disrespect to him.
Penempatan bola ke gawang luar biasa
The swashbuckling years!
Keano 😍😍😍
9:31 😱😱😱😱😱😱
History
Still looking for the first United player to do a knee slide 😂
Best video
Clearly the grey kits were awful, I mean 0:06 straight away and I thought there was an invisible man taking the throw in.
Dream Team ever
Can you make this for season 96/97?
And the stupid silly Newcastle coach kept on claiming Utd won it with “Cantona & Schmeichel” 🤣🤣🤣
