Really easy and not expensive at all to grow your own. Can even do it in containers if you don't have a yard. Also can generally buy good meat from a local farmer or meat market for not much more than in the store. Honestly you'll feel better physically and mentally by getting rid of some of them toxins. Plus the pride of growing your own is amazing.

These people need to be held accountable for what they've done. Them, along with corporate media. Nowadays everyone stays inside, eats poorly, and gets no exercise. When I grew up,we were outside all the time, getting dirty, skinning our knees and elbows, exposing our bodies and immune systems to everything and anything, and it made us strong and hearty. Now everyone lives a sterile sheltered life and their immune systems never have a chance to develop. The sad thing is, they only develop as a child, not as an adult, so once you reach a certain age you're stuck with what you have.

I caught colds and periodically other fevers all my life, but, after getting several allergic reactions to antibiotics, I swore off antibiotics in middle age. Several years later, I realized I don't get colds or flu anymore. I did this by learning to pay attention when I FIRST START FEELING ILL, then sleeping and relaxing more, drinking more, taking vitamins like B and C. Eventually you don't get sick aymore. I have zero history of cancer on both sides of my family. I pleaded with my family not to get the vaccine. They wouldn’t listen though. Months after taking it my mom got stage 3 breast cancer. Then also my dad and stepmom both went and got it together and months later got identical stage 3 colon cancer and had to do identical treatments. Both my parents are in their 50s. I went to a new doctor last year and was being asked about my family’s medical history and I told her that and she was baffled. I could tell she wanted to read me their official script on it to down play it but couldn’t. She asked me if I thought the vaccine was responsible and I said absolutely. I could see she wanted to refute that but couldn’t and just said to me yeah I can definitely see why you would think that and changed the subject quickly.

I’m 18, two years ago me and a friend took turns skiing down a steep slope on independence pass while the other would be in the car driving to pick them up at the bottom. My friend ended up going over a cliff and passed away. Still to this day I’m wracked with guilt in that despite being hesitant on doing it I didn’t try to stop us from doing it.
Ask God to forgive you, then receive the gift of His forgiveness. Forgive yourself. Read God's Word, pray, and hang out with His people. I am old, and have made my share of mistakes. Although I cannot forget, I know God always keeps His promises... He forgives me and restores my soul. Psalm 23. He loves you.❤

You cannot blame yourself for this. ❤ You were only 16-the age when kids do very risky things and think nothing will ever happen to them-this is why insurance is so expensive for 16 year olds. You were a normal 16 year old and so was your friend. While you were hesitant, I doubt either of you thought going over the cliff would happen. Your friend died living life to the fullest. My brother and his friends did soooo many dangerous things, and they just always got lucky. Same with my dad. But sometimes risk does result in a horrible outcome, but you can’t predict that, and you don’t want to live your life scared and never taking any risks. While some caution should also be used, I know your friend would want you to continue taking risks and to continue living life to the fullest!! Your friend wouldn’t want you blaming yourself. Your friend died living life to the fullest, and in honor of your friend, keep that up! Let go of that guilt. It was your friend’s choice to go down that hill and has you not been at the bottom of the mountain in your car, someone else would have been. You cannot stop what happened, and guilt won’t change anything. Please give this to God. He allowed your friend to graduate early. Please trust Him, and trust that He’s got good plans for you. You’ve got a life to live! ❤❤

my dearest sweetest friend of almost 70 years passed. she was a kidney recipient in 2001 and living well. her docs told her because of her compromised state with the transplant now 19 years old, she had to take that special poke. she complied and suffered for over 1 year a horrible bout of shingles. she had an infection from an injury to her leg, spent 4 weeks in the hospital, 3 weeks in rehab in isolation. she was discharged and passed from multiple organ failure 37 days later.

I'm 48. I walked 6 miles every day. 11 yrs ago I was diagnosed with pancreatitis and 5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. Both of them can kill me anytime. Pancreatitis runs on both of sides of my family. I lost 1 Great Aunt to pancreatitis in 1990 & she didn't even know she had it, that was my dad's side. In the last 3 months I lost 3 great aunts on my moms side this year all sisters pass away within 3 weeks of each other. I lost my dad to diabetes 3yrs ago & I've had type 2 diabetes for 11 yrs now. I've been keeping up with it but sometimes it flares up and I'm sick for days. I just heard on the news the other day is that more & more women in there 40s are dying from gastroparesis. It's sad & there is no cure for it. Praying for all the diabetic patients who don't know that they have pancreatitis from being a diabetic. They need to ask for that blood test on their pancreas.😢😢😢

Her daughter also got jabbed at the same time and immediately started having problems with her period. Another friend’s husband has throat, bile duck and hip cancer. He had several jabs. So many have died suddenly. These people are not old. And I’ve had so many friends sick with coughs etc… only the jabbed ones have been sick during the summer.

Really easy and not expensive at all to grow your own. Can even do it in containers if you don't have a yard. Also can generally buy good meat from a local farmer or meat market for not much more than in the store. Honestly you'll feel better physically and mentally by getting rid of some of them toxins. Plus the pride of growing your own is amazing.

Nowadays everyone stays inside, eats poorly, and gets no exercise. When I grew up,we were outside all the time, getting dirty, skinning our knees and elbows, exposing our bodies and immune systems to everything and anything, and it made us strong and hearty. Now everyone lives a sterile sheltered life and their immune systems never have a chance to develop. The sad thing is, they only develop as a child, not as an adult, so once you reach a certain age you're stuck with what you have.

I caught colds and periodically other fevers all my life, but, after getting several allergic reactions to antibiotics, I swore off antibiotics in middle age. Several years later, I realized I don't get colds or flu anymore. I did this by learning to pay attention when I FIRST START FEELING ILL, then sleeping and relaxing more, drinking more, taking vitamins like B and C. Eventually you don't get sick aymore. Stay home and rest when you don't feel well, or keep pushing yourself, wind up getting sick and taking antibiotics. Your choice.

I’m 67 and while I have some mobility issues along with fibromyalgia, I seldom get sick. I didn’t get the poke nor did my kids or grandkids. My kids and their spouses all got the virus but recovered quickly. I’ve never had the virus or even gotten tested for it. I’m so glad we made the decision we did to not get jabbed.

Here are a few things I notice .. people used to go grocery shopping once a week , not once a day .. and there wasn’t thousands of “food products” with ingredient names you can’t recognize .
You shouldn't be eating things with ingredients listed. Vegetables, meat, chicken, fruits, etc., have NO INGREDIENTS LISTED.
We have had this discussion at work. With friends and family. It’s crazy. I never use to get sick. Work outside year round. Stay fit and take vitamins. Never been jabbed. But I’ll be dang if I’m not sick multiple times a year now and seems to take a couple weeks to kick it every time.

Just in my small town, in my church alone, everyone is sicker and yes…fatter. There’s no nice way to say it. Many people (especially women) gain weight for many reasons…believe me, I was there two years ago. But, the number of cancers, heart problems and just constant sickness is alarming. I truly see people that look sickly…they have a noticeable look that almost looks as if they’ve aged 20 years. The people experiencing this also refuse to ask ‘why is this happening?’ It’s not normal.
I have zero history of cancer on both sides of my family. I pleaded with my family not to get the vaccine. They wouldn’t listen though. Months after taking it my mom got stage 3 breast cancer. Then also my dad and stepmom both went and got it together and months later got identical stage 3 colon cancer and had to do identical treatments. Both my parents are in their 50s. I went to a new doctor last year and was being asked about my family’s medical history and I told her that and she was baffled. I could tell she wanted to read me their official script on it to down play it but couldn’t. She asked me if I thought the vaccine was responsible and I said absolutely. I could see she wanted to refute that but couldn’t and just said to me yeah I can definitely see why you would think that and changed the subject quickly.

I’m 18, two years ago me and a friend took turns skiing down a steep slope on independence pass while the other would be in the car driving to pick them up at the bottom. My friend ended up going over a cliff and passed away. Still to this day I’m wracked with guilt in that despite being hesitant on doing it I didn’t try to stop us from doing it.

@Amber, oh sweetie, I am so very sorry!! You cannot blame yourself for this. ❤ You were only 16-the age when kids do very risky things and think nothing will ever happen to them-this is why insurance is so expensive for 16 year olds. You were a normal 16 year old and so was your friend.
While you were hesitant, I doubt either of you thought going over the cliff would happen.
Your friend died living life to the fullest. My brother and his friends did soooo many dangerous things, and they just always got lucky. Same with my dad. But sometimes risk does result in a horrible outcome, but you can’t predict that, and you don’t want to live your life scared and never taking any risks.
While some caution should also be used, I know your friend would want you to continue taking risks and to continue living life to the fullest!! Your friend wouldn’t want you blaming yourself.
Your friend died living life to the fullest, and in honor of your friend, keep that up! Let go of that guilt. It was your friend’s choice to go down that hill and has you not been at the bottom of the mountain in your car, someone else would have been. You cannot stop what happened, and guilt won’t change anything.
Please give this to God. He allowed your friend to graduate early. Please trust Him, and trust that He’s got good plans for you. You’ve got a life to live! ❤❤

my dearest sweetest friend of almost 70 years passed. she was a kidney recipient in 2001 and living well. her docs told her because of her compromised state with the transplant now 19 years old, she had to take that special poke. she complied and suffered for over 1 year a horrible bout of shingles. she had an infection from an injury to her leg, spent 4 weeks in the hospital, 3 weeks in rehab in isolation. she was discharged and passed from multiple organ failure 37 days later.

I'm 48. I walked 6 miles every day. 11 yrs ago I was diagnosed with pancreatitis and 5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. Both of them can kill me anytime. Pancreatitis runs on both of sides of my family. I lost 1 Great Aunt to pancreatitis in 1990 & she didn't even know she had it, that was my dad's side. In the last 3 months I lost 3 great aunts on my moms side this year all sisters pass away within 3 weeks of each other. I lost my dad to diabetes 3yrs ago & I've had type 2 diabetes for 11 yrs now. I've been keeping up with it but sometimes it flares up and I'm sick for days. I just heard on the news the other day is that more & more women in there 40s are dying from gastroparesis. It's sad & there is no cure for it. Praying for all the diabetic patients who don't know that they have pancreatitis from being a diabetic. They need to ask for that blood test on their pancreas.😢😢😢
