Are you watching,French crowd?! This is how you should treat the players in your country! The fans in Italy have been so great the whole week. They’ve supported all the players equally and naturally.
In this video, the long moment when Taylor could not start speaking because the audience had been applauding him _very_ warmly for 40 seconds was cut. Forty seconds of the thunderous crowd applauding him is _a lot._ Fritz is loved in Italy, particularly in Turin. The love for the American was born from that ATP Finals semi-final in 2022 and has never faded, in fact, it burns even stronger
I appreciate the crowd, that while cheering for the home player, also gave Taylor such a big round of applause and I hope he had a good time in my town. Welcome any time :o)))

Taylor you are an excellent tennis player and an wonderful human being. It is joy to see you playing. Keep doing the good work, you are making amazing progress. CONGRATULATIONS!🤩
Fritz and Morgan seem to have matured a lot since the beginning of this year! What a lovely couple! Taylor will continue to remain a top 5-10 ATP player for years to come!
Taylor, Emma and Jessica very much represent the healthy idea of American society. Kids born into wealthy families and with a passion taken to the extreme of sacrifice, to be at that level you have to work a lot. Congratulations also to their families. Taylor could easily be an actor and has the tone of voice of a Hollywood star.
People may not realise but there’s a streak fritz ended. In atp finals. In 2015 fed beat Novak in round robin but lost to him in the final. In 2018 Novak beat Zverev in round robin but lost to him in the final. In 2023 sinner beat Novak in round robin but lost to him in the final.
Lol why does the coach or whoever from fritz films this when its online anyway? But to fritz (as an alcaraz-fan): congrats on your success this years, youre getting closer & closer!
It's not what you do while you are a player - that comes and goes - but let's look at what past champions are doing today. Are they community tennis coaches? Anyone can do that. Are they doing regular jobs? Nothing wrong with that but millions of people have those. Commentating? Well, they hire any player these days - some of the best are actually not past players because they actually were hired based on talent and not what they did years and years and years ago. Now, if they are have children's foundation, donating money, bettering this world through various initiatives, removing racism/bigotry from this worlds, etc. - now we're talking. The best ones use their platform in the future when no young adult remembers who they are but they are still good for this world.
Not true. Following your pointless comment, investigating sports athletes origins two or three generation back, Germany football national team players are for more than 50 % not Germans, French national team is 70% or more African and NBA 80% of African origin. Sinner is Italian as his parents and Fritz is American.
@@akustik_prog1601 your pointless comment only screams how much of retardd u r. Both are german idiot nothing changes that. Football team has nothing to do with this u dumb turd.

I'm proud to be a Torinese right now.
This is tennis! People like them never watched tennis before
That is how to be a gracious runner-up. Congratulations Taylor and what a fantastic year. Fully deserved the massive ovation he got from the crowd.

Thats europe (compared to america lol)
Congrats Mr. Fritz! You're a real gentleman!
They should have included the long ovation he got before he had a chance to speak!
It was a wonderful tribute from a classy crowd.
The Italian fans could teach the French Open fans a lesson or two.
@@ellenday2155 also the USO crowd applauded Sinner's df.......

My comment is frivolous, but what a beautiful voice Taylor Fritz has

Can’t be too upset losing to Sinner in the final. Congrats on the new career high of #4 Taylor!
Great speech, amazing player ❤
Amazing this Italian man is unstoppable
Hi Taylor. you're on the right track. Never give up. You deserve the best as a player and as a man.
Bravo Taylor!🎉
Creo que estos 2 chicos Sinner y Frizt tienen algo muy especial que los hace grandes seres humanos. ❤❤🎉🎉
Un gran bravo ragazzo, oltre che un ottimo tennista. Bravo.
Taylor is really a decent soul.
he's played great tennis this year
I am not petty but I am. The USO crowd applauded when Sinner missed first serve and double faulted. My people chanted Taylor name. I am not petty
Thats the difference between europe and america & one of the reasons why america (or some players) are hated
