Bobby first things first the boat just looks amazing! Very spacious for its size with nice finishing on the surfaces. Wish you the best for your new boat!
    And a couple of thoughts...
The generator cabinet/room will need lots and lots of sound deadening... Huge generator without sound proofing panels will be loud....
Now about the solar I believe because of the panels location that you will get one array of panels generating "full" really... And that means you will get at best about 2KW from the 5KW.
Just a suggestion don't sail far away in the first 2-3 days as there isn't a new boat that won't have issues in the first sail...
    Wish you the best!

Put the fire out as quick as possible, with fire extinguishers, call the Coast Guard, and wait on the boat if possible and/or wait on the dingy. Fire due to batteries overheating or fuel leak are both a possibility, but I believe now a days are a very rare occurrence, if routine maintenance is performed. Hey Bobby, have been away, sure remember all the early years. I’m 74& @69 had massive stroke! It wasn’t a Mild Tia stroke, like most my buddies in my 1133rd Medivac helps. I think your new “Ship” is outta this world beautiful! I was Navy ASW, Avionics tech in San Diego, Ca. 4 year’s eventually raining specific compartments. Had to divide it up cuz my aircraft had over 70 pieces of avionics. Way too many for the average technician!! I miss flying, which U surely did to start with. But after a few years we gotta let it go! Always love your show no matter where you head to! Be safe my friend!!!
