I’m a qualified tech and was never taught this way but I wish I was it looks soooo much better your way going up the sides rather than the flat way I was taught, I stopped doing glitter fades because I always hated the way they looked but I think I’m going to give it a try your way. Can I just say that your videos are the best out there, because not only do you teach us your techniques but you explain in detail your process, If you make a mistake you show us how you fix it and that giggle of yours is great! Its an "ooppsie" giggle lol. You encourage patience and practice when we dont get it right away and I really appreciate that. I’ve been enjoying watching your videos for several years now, and I’ve got two questions here 😊 1: Could you apply acrylic completely over top a natural nail, and continue to do fills letting the natural nail grow out? (like many people do with builder gels) 2: If you had a clear builder gel, and you wanted to tint it a color, could you mix a bit of gel polish in the builder gel?
Seriously impressive work! Unfortunately I can't do drill sounds (sounds like the dentist drill) or filing/scraping noises so I only ever use nail clippers and do at home manicures.
Suzi, I have a question off topic. I can grow my nails long. The issue I have is that once they are the length I like they tend to crack on the edges and eventually break. What type of manicure do you recommend for me to help protect my natural nails so that I can always have the length I want without fear of cracking and breaking my nail too low?

I'm getting frustrated with the lifting I'm getting. I have tried cleansing my nails with 91% isopropyl alcohol, followed by pure acetone, nail dehydrator & then primer (I have oily skin & nails) before my base coat that goes with my uv gel. What do you suggest I do to prevent lifting?
She has a video on it on her channel. But I think she uses the monomer and then scrapes out the acrylic, and said if it dries in it then she’ll cut it out sometimes and then buy a new brush later, or she’ll use acetone, just don’t get it in the ferrel.
Beautiful, are you using your slow set monomer? Great advice on the u shape fade that made sense to me awesome tip 😊. My struggle is how much clear cap so I don't file I to the glitter .
