I just tried to give you advice then I blanked on how I first met my crush. It was 4 months ago... Anyway I would walk over there, maybe she sits next to a stapler or something and use it. Then ask her if you could borrow a pencil. Then you will have a chance to talk to her when you give it back.

I understand that you may not want to ruin your friendship but at the end of the day, one way or other you’ll need to find out whether he likes you if you want to take the next step. As for the mom situation, if you end up going out with this dude you like, just tell her. There’s no point in lying because eventually you’ll just get caught out and i’m pretty sure your mom won’t mind you having a boyfriend so long you’re honest with her. hope this helped!!

This is my crush story:
I was at my friends and she told me about her friend (we are gonna call him Todd, idk I made up a name) Todd. He lived pretty close to her and she would hangout with him sometimes with her friends. So she took me outside to meet him and he was 1 grade below me (I was a 7th grader at the time, so he was in 6th). The first time I met him, he was really nice, and super funny, but I didn't think I would like him. At the time I didn't.
Apparently he went to the school I did, and when I saw him I didn't know why at the time but I heart literally skipped a beat. Maybe, because I didn't expect him to be there. Ok anyways, whenever I was out at my friends, we would usually go outside and get a group of people, Todd being one of those people. I slowly developed a crush on him. I am a great hider when it comes to liking someone, so nobody knew. He would always try to talk to me at school whenever we had lunch, or saw each other other times in school. Knowing me, I had to >
someone. So I told my friend who introduced me to him. She was so surprised that I liked him, it was crazy 😂 (no she's doesn't like him in a crush way, I know for a fact lol). I'm gonna skip ahead cause this story is longggg. Anyways recently my friend dmed Todd asking him "who he liked." I warned my friend not to but she didn't listen. She TOLD HIM THE FIRST LETTER OF MY NAME AND HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY OMG NOOO. I was so mad at her. It could have gone terrible! Anyways, she told him and at first he didn't believe her. Turns out he actually had a crush on me too. She was squealing, and I had no idea why. Later, I got a text message from him and he asked me out. I was dying. It took me a second to think of what to write back as a not to cheesy response. I said yes, and now we are in a relationship. He a great guy and I'm glad to have him ❤️

I would observe your crush and see what the odds are they like you back. Then decide whether it’s worth it or not to make a move. But honestly if you have been friends for a really long time I wouldn’t risk it.

KaydeeJane If he avoids eye contact, it depends what type of person he is, is he shy? then if he is then that's a yes that he likes you and if he doesn't like your pictures and he's shy than that means that he doesn't ( maybe) want to come off as a creep, but if he is confident and not, then he probably thinks you like him but he wants you guys to stay as friends.

Try, like talking to him about who he likes and slowly work your way up to say who you like and If he likes you back, don't worry if he suddenly says no that he doesn't like you first. My crush is my best friend so stage 3 doesn't really work... She knows that I like her and always teases me about it, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me back. +Maryam World thanks for asking :) he usually sits next to me in class, but today he didn't. it's not just that, but in general he's giving me mixed signals. f.ex. that he is super nice at school, but then isn't texting back. that's confusing. in general he is kind of aloof to everybody, but when i behave more actively he isn't really responding. but friends and classmates already said, that we are quite similar and would be great together. and i'm normally shy, that isn't helping either😂
