When looking for the smartphone ip do ipconfig /all and span enter a couple of times, it will show you the 3g/4g connections aswell as the ip below. Almost made it :-)

in part1 step1 e. to find IP address for the phone I used the command (ipconfig) without /all and I found the IP .
