We we’re there October 22. The weather was perfect. Little rain but not bad. Flew to Venice. Picked up the rental car from there. Drove to Cortina and stayed there for our entire trip. Dolomiti is so beautiful..
Such an informative and inspiring guide to exploring the Italian Dolomites! 🏞 Your comprehensive tips and breathtaking visuals make me even more excited to plan my own adventure there. 🌄 Grazie for sharing this amazing travel wisdom! ✈🇮🇹
Thank thank you so much, I'm planning to go next September and this is a perfect start for planning. I will go and watch you other vids for more information. Thanks again, appreciate your thoughtful guide.
Hi it’s me again 🥰 Sorry to ask more questions but any help greatly appreciated. Me and hubby planning to go to Dolomites this coming May. Do you think that’s a great time to go and see Dolomites? Is it cold during that time?
I loved visiting the Dolomites last year 😍 I can’t wait to go back!! Your videos brought back so many amazing memories.. aside from driving on those crazy roads 😂
Nice travel Guide. Which days of September you have been in the Dolomites? Did you get any rain? Do you recommend early, mid or late september for hiking in the Dolomites?
Thanks so much! September 15-21, although the weather is different every year. We had no rain but it was suddenly very cold. The beginning of the month I was in Switzerland (nearby) and it was hot summer weather. Then suddenly a few weeks later fall/winter weather hit. Layers in the mountains are always necessary. The good thing about when I went (mid September) is that there were very little crowds. I would go again when I went or a few weeks sooner! happy travels :)
@@MahnaGhafori Thanks for the information! Then I would say that the second week of september is a good choice regarding the weather and the crowds. What do you think? Or would you go for the first week of september?
Hi Mahna, I was enjoying watching your vlog and I can’t wait to see the places we wanted to visit. I was wondering if you can share with me if what kind of camera did you use? Did you use also your regular IPhone aside your nice camera? Hope to hear back from you soon.
Hi there, thank you so much for checking it out! Yes - this was mostly filmed with the iPhone 13 Pro Max! All my camera gear is linked in my Amazon storefront in the description! Thank you :)
Wow it’s amazing.. I’m having 15 pro max and I don’t know but my pictures are still not looking great. Any trick or settings you can share that I have to adjust on my phone.. looking forward for any tips..
Hi don't know if you'll see this but I've watched a few a your videos and love your energy so much. Do you think a 10 day trip to Italy- Flying to to Venice spending two nights there then going to the Dolomites for two nights, then Florence for two nights, then Rome for two nights then Almafi coast for two nights and flying out of Naples is a good plan?
Hi! Thank you so much, I really appreciate that! Oooh that sounds like an epic full on adventure. It's definitely doable but too much, I would recommend less locations and spending a few more days in each place to really get to experience the magic of it! Happy travels :)
Very informative. Could you please do me a favor and also suggest places to visit in Dolomites with kids 4 and 6 years of age? We will be driving from Munich as well. Thanks in advance ☺
I’m wondering should I fly to Munich, then get the train to innsbruck, Bolzano (Carezza) and finally Venezia and stay in Lido So hard to choose as flights from Belfast and Dublin are so limited 😞
How was the experience driving? Headed there in June, so excited but a bit nervous about the drives! Are they just very tight and windy? What was the worst part?
The roads were paved very well, windy mountain roads, but was a good experience! Felt safe and no different than Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Happy travels!
@XxAnxX95 We we're there a few years back. We had a rented Fiat 500L. It was perfect for the mountain roads. You definitely don't want anything in the big range. Some of those turns are very tight. But saying that, there is no problem driving the roads. You'll love it, and the views are breathtaking. Safe travels

Hi Mahna, did u have the detailled day by day of your itinerary pls? That’s incredible all the place you see 😍
So inspired to take a campervan there! Are there any campervan parks in the Dolomites you’d recommend?? We’re finding it difficult to find any good sites online around Northern Italy!
Yay thats so exciting! I am not sure of specific company recommendations because this was my friends Campervans but what I would recommend is to search reviews before committing to one!
I would recommend it for solo travelers. I'm not sure what it would be like visiting the mountains with public transport only, I imagine some places might be hard to get to but to be honest much of Europe is so well connected with public transport I think you could do it! :) Happy travels!
I’m visiting Italy in June and renting an apartment in Milan for a month. You think early June would be a good time to hike in the Dolomites? Would we see some snow there? Or should we go there the last week of June instead? What do you recommend?
That's so exciting! I am not sure unfortunately as I wasnt there in that time, but it should be the start of a good hiking season if the snow has melted! It is always questionable in the mountains. Last week of June would probably be a better bet at summer conditions!
Agree, as a nature lover I am always so conflicted and mindful of this. I think the best solution is to educate travelers to care for nature so each person will want to protect her as well. By leaving nature as she was when we found her.

Wow awesome! Sounds like you had a lovely trip. Did you get to see fall colors during that time?!
@@MahnaGhafori yes we did. We drove the windy roads of Passo Gardena. What an experience. Can’t wait to go back..
Hi, did u have a place to recommand to rent a car pls ? Thanks
@ Europcar was the cheapest and conveniently located at the train station.
@@mistermerita341 thank you. All the review are 😰

I'm going there next week and I would love to know what to wear in September. We are going there with my club car.
I would definitely pack layers as the temperature can fluctuate a lot!
It’s a joy watching your joy! What month were you there? Was it as cold as it looks?
Wow, thank you so much! I was there mid-September and the nights would dip to below freezing! Layers are a must.
@@MahnaGhafori could you tell which days of september please? Did you get any rain?

Hey cool video but you know, you can also fly directly to bolzano. We have an airport there and the Airline is called SkyAlps.😊
Unfortunately not from a lot of city but Like from london or Berlin you can come directly to the dolomites😊

How can i reach there if i don’t have a car 😢💔
Hi, is it safe for a female traveller going there alone?
is it easy to drive there?
It could be a little challenging for some with the windy mountain roads, but generally the roads are perfectly paved and it was all good all around!
Great video. Just is getting so worrying for the planet all this mass tourism causing destruction of these sights for the future generations.
