No ui graphics artifacts.its the same for cyberpunk and Jedi survivor run 70+ on deck. Spiderman has graphics artifacts on UI map. But ok very high setting at 60fps. i got this during the winter sale because i have been wanting to play it. runs very well and is fun on steam deck. i will probably play it most of time on my desktop, but the option to play this a few sessions at night is bed is awesome. glad i waited for the discount, i am having a lot of fun with it.
This was the most hated game of 2022. Yeah maybe expectations were set too high but it didn’t deserve that much hate. I’m amazed how well it’s running on the Steam Deck. I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks S.S.

Use dismemberment mode and the guns become way more usable! Only drawback is the change in difficulty. Dismemberment makes it easier for sure but honestly it feels more balanced and generally better.
Weird, I will download it there and check, you should still be able to match the preset manually, FSR being missing would be a dealbreaker, thanks for the heads up!
Just checked FSR is there, check on Graphics/Advanced, under upscaling you'll find it, match all settings as in the video since there's no Deck preset in this version
i hate the fact that people hate this game. i mean think man i know dead space remake is far better but where's the innovation? this game is made while thinking how actual person would react in this type of situation? look at the gun. all usable guns are visually visible while in dead space they never bother to add such thing. a normal person will use a weapon that he knows. things like melee make sense because in this situation using 100 bullets is ridiculous. the only downside is auto dodge and dlc ending.
the game became disaster because of late optimization and bad ending because the momentum was lost after few hours because they didn't try to evolve combat system at all. and the worst part it they called it dead space successor, no one in their right mind would ever think this is a successor after playing the whole game.@@metroplex29
@@metroplex29not really much theres reworked story too. And important fact Iron Man mod(extra difficulty that if you die you neer start over) isnt Paid DLC like this game makes it better choice imo Why they picked first dead space it was too janky to think about

wanted to play this for ages on ps5, but just picked up for free on Epic so have been playing on steam deck. Looks and plays great !
This was one of the nicest looking next gen games I played on PS5. Pretty wild the steam deck can run it at these frame rates.
And it's the lcd version too, greatest device I've ever had sparked my passion for gaming again
It goes from 36-52, but fsr on balanced. Aka 480p or sonethint along those lines.

Steam Deck is really a beast when it comes to the 2010s era of games. Beautiful and smooth 60 for most games!
I applied these settings and the difference was noticeable immediately. Don't know how fun the game is yet but it looks great now. Thanks man.

The game is fixed on pc too? Or is just a specific fix for the steam deck? I remember the game being stuttering and broken as hell on pc
The improvements are for the pc version itself, still stutters on DX12 with raytracing, dx11 is the way to go imo
