BEAUTIFUL EDDIE VEDDER ❣️I LOVE THIS MAN!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SHARING THIS BEAUTIFUL VIDEO! PEARL JAM THE BEST LIVE BAND EVER!! SOOO MUCH LOVE AND COMPASSION FROM THIS INCREDIBLE MAN!! 😊💓🔥🤘✌️
I was there it was an awesome performance. They are true veteran professionals that are so locked in they are extremely tight and stay that way when the pocket moves. Tone is refined. Hearing Jeremy hits different live as well as Matt's tone on kick and snare. As a unit with Stones glue as structure locked in with Jeff and Matt who is methodical but free allowing Mike to go off it really doesn't get any better. I've always thought Stone and Mike were one of the best duos since Ten. They can sound just like an better than the recording at the same time. I felt that on review mirror. Eddies voice is phenomenal. Still.. it really comes across live and he uses it. What a gift ..and uses it within the range of that gift better than anyone. Lots of emotion with a tour smart conservative approach but hits when he wants to as well. Very professional uses and protects that voice for longevity and consistency. They are absolutely great live and sound great with the freedom to play when one of them wants and stay locked in. Love the new songs. Still pumping out great ones. Another example of how great this band is. I had a chance of lifetime to maybe fulfill a dream. They had let a girl sing the night before. I had made a sign asking.. to sing one it's been a dream since 91..and said it was a guys turn .. Since a girl got up Thursday Solid strategy . A great approach. Unfortunately.. i could tell my voice was roached singing with them and all the walking a water drinking i did in Chicago that day.. Unlodged a kidney stone in the middle of the concert. I didn't want to loose my spot so all i could do is stand there in pain and soak it in. There was no way i was sullying up the performance they had unless i was 80.. 90%. At least.. I I wasn't ...for whatever reason and i figured cant try to sing Eddie infront of f ing Eddie..if i had that chance. I was going for Hunger Strike. So.. No sleep from the noise of the city the night before and all the running i did trying to make a sign probably.. Allergies maybe and too much singing on the forever drive there.. There was no way i was going up there and falling down on stage from a kidney stone. Not with both. I would have went for it with a little roach in my voice. Ive performed enough to get by but not with the pain from a stone. I figured if they didn't like say something.. It wasn't meant to be for me that night I could have forget the words to alive ..from pain. Which i did. I passed it when i got to the hotel. Besides that the pain was bad enough i couldn't think well to even cycle through what song i would do. So . my Stone kept me from a chance of meeting Stone and the boys.. I was that close. Felt thier energy and bam. Dream crushed. But even through the pain and missed opportunity. I'm sooo... glad i got to experience them live. They are aged like fine wine and still youthful ar the same time. That takes talent work and discipline. A great work ethic.. I think they held up thier end of the bargain and then some. Much ❤ Pearl Jam. Thank you for the awesome show. I soaked it all i. Regardless. In my mind and the experience not through my cell phone If you get a chance to see them. Go.
Hunters and Collectors classic. I saw Eddie play this song by himself before Josh opened for PJ in Oakland a couple years ago. Has the rest of the band ever played the song with Eddie?
I used to listen to this with Ed on a boombox pre PJ. He has always loved this song.
Maravilloso

Imagine had he never smoked cigarettes
Thankfully he didn't go off on a leftist loony rant....
since when did Pearl Jam start dressing like clowns?
?
That is Ed's uncle's jersey. He's worn it the whole town.
And also, 1990. Have you ever seen Jeff's hats???
