    Hi Immy tysm for the tutorial❤ You’re so flexible! Are you naturally this flexible or did you strech a lot? And I want to ask that can I do this routine on ground with a lot of blankets under me? Because I don’t have a trampoline and air track❤ I hope you’ll reply

    • @ImmyTaylorOfficial
      @ImmyTaylorOfficial  Год назад +4

      You’re so welcome ! I’m natural flexible in my back but I still need to stretch every day to maintain it. Yes lots of blankets will be good as long as it’s very soft and safe to land on. Or a mattress is always good too plus try to have someone spot you at first. Good luck !❤️❤️

      @Tianahoang2059 3 месяца назад +1

      @@foreverinhandstand9456 yes, this is my biggest fear too. But after jumping backwards on my bed and sending it I’m getting close to my back handspring. Just make sure you don’t immediately start jumping backwards on your hands, since you might hit your head cause you’re not comfortable. That was my mistake and I landed on my head. Also always have something soft like a mat when you’re practicing in case you land on your head, or knees, which really hurt. Remember to jump backwards when you feel comfortable if you’re not ready don’t do it. Hope this helps🙂
