When researching this topic, most "doctors" RUclips channels babel through unscripted, narcissistic rants that are completely off topic. I went through 41 videos before finding this one to research the symptoms for a family member. Going to the doctor is NOT an option as we are typical Americans - which means we cannot afford to visit a doctor unless it is an emergency room visit... and ONLY if we think a family member might be near death.

It’s not just about sugar, it’s the carbohydrates….. ie potatoes and pasta etc I had gestational diabetes to the point I was on high doses of insulin 4 times a day. I’ve never had a sweet tooth, and I’m vegetarian… my problem was the pasta etc
