Had mine since it first released. Still works perfect. It is my favorite clipper 100% long battery life, blends quickly and easy, opens like master, cuts down bulk really good, zero gappable, light weight and super quiet. The only thing i will say is because it has a ceramic cutting blade it doesnt grab long hair like a conventional metal blade would so you may have to use another clipper to take out thick long hair. I dont use my clipper like that anyway but i did it just to see. This clipper has two speeds and the first speed is really good if you are cutting wet hair or using it to freehand loose hairs for beards for example. I tested the hell out of this thing. I bought a second pair to put a fade blade on the second one.

Yeah those jaunts cut smooth. I copped a pir also and slapped the fade blade on it. Cuts come out extra clean. Especially since you can change the speed when doing detail work.

I own the JRL 2020C Trimmers and to be honest they are Amazing! Cut true hair like butter! Great for that front line up. Leaves it nice 👍 and crisp. I like how they are a bit more ticker in the tip of the blades compare to my Bayliss Gold FX

I’m a giant senior fan myself. Used them for some time now.. run the staggered tooth magic clip blade on mine.. got my JRL 2020c and 2020t a couple months ago now and I’m ABSOLUTELY about that life.. they’re so quite you can have a actual conversation over them. They’re Comfortable in the hand and the lever is something that actually don’t mind being used to the seniors lever. The battery life is sooo great as well. Being put through cuts every single day of the week and these clippers aren’t a bit louder then the day I got them.. they’re so dope.. not gonna lie I do break my seniors out when I have trouble with some spots that the JRL just isn’t hitting for me which is usually getting bald lines out or just getting a little closer to that trimmer line.*seniors with the staggered tooth blade= zero gap heaven* But 10/10... 100% love them.

I see people constantly complimenting the cordless magic clip and not even mentioning the cordless senior as their favorite. I now have both and I can agree that my seniors are the goat. The only better thing about the magic clip is weight but I can deal with it.

I had such a hard time getting into the clipper.. I ended up selling mine but however I do really like the trimmer.. It's perfect for beards and mustache..
I love the seniors too. But the shit of it is. They seem to be cutting corners on us as of late. The first pair I got were and are phenomenal still. However I’ve bought 2 since the first one. And they just don’t have the same power as my first one. They don’t cut as good, they don’t last as long on a charge. Even the chrome piece on the back is super dull and not shiny at all. I just feel like wahl has been hella slacking on us. I’m looking for a new clipper that I feel like will be my go to. And after modifying my ergos with the oster fast feed blade. Man I haven’t turned back since
Brother I had to put a wahl fade blade on mine because the taper blade was snagging too much ! Also I would say the fade blade makes it easier to blend
I noticed you were working the lever with your left hand. Is that because it was too tight to flip with your thumb or is the notches? Just curious because I flip the lever with my thumb quickly and often when I'm fading

Andis really dropped the ball with the masters and IMO even the t-outliners. They were the last ones to really jump on the cordless train when it was hot and they failed! That is why companies like Babyliss, Gamma, and JRL are thriving, they are listening to the people in the industry and they are using what they produce!
Damn bro I received them a couple days ago. And my machines are snagging my clients hair like crazy!! I contacted JRL hopefully hear back from them soon. Waited over a month for mine 😭
Update on the machine JRL Replaced the blades. The still blade was to sharp to the point where it was digging in the clients scalp. New blades work cherry, machine is a 10/10. 🤙🏼
China has a jrl ff 2020/babyliss like clipper. It has the motor and lever of the jrl 2020c but the body resembles the babyliss fx its a very dope ass clipper. If you love the jrl's its no doubt youll love these. The gold version has the quality of the babyliss the gold looks perfect looks so good. Ill love to hear your take on the ergo vs jrl 2020c though
