JRL has everything you want in a clipper. Removes bulk, fades great, great run time, the ergonomics are awesome. Probably the quietest clipper made right now .but the most underrated thing about this clipper is the blades these blades do not get hot. They may warm up a little bit. But compared to other clippers. Nothing even comes close.

The JRL blades don’t snag or get caught in the hair like the Wahl blades
These Clippers are the business, I cut autistic kids and the quietness is the best thing to happen for these kids, but the blades last realllllly long and don't get hot at all. The zero gap tool also doubles as a cleaner to push out the hair between the blades.

I put the fastfeed blade on my JRL 2020 C and to me it is just as good or even better than a fastfeed. Especially on that slow setting.

What's better gamma cyborg clipper or the newer jrl onyx?
I prefer Wmark 2038 with Jrl Blade or Jrl2020C.. That onyx price Almost 200$ just for little upgrade and new colour not worth anymore.. With that price can get Jrl2020c + Jrl forte

Hello, if you had to choose the best hair clipper to fade, which would you choose, magic clip gold or Gamma Instinct? I think that the wahl holo is better, I haven't eaten any yet, but I bought a Faper fusion blade and put it on my babyliss boost Fx and noticed that the blade was very thin, added to the short lever travel, I had as a result, a lot of difficulty to degrade.... that's why I think that the instinct could be just as difficult to use due to the thinness of the blade and the shortness of the lever travel, I think that I will go back to wahl, but what do you think Reggie?

GOOD for you for asking about the reset IQ technology. That is an innovative feature about this clipper. I've watched so many videos of well known barbers reviewing this clipper and NO ONE knew what it was. Thank you for doing your research and testing it out.
Agreed. The IQ tech is an amazing feature that will add longevity to the clipper. I’m surprised myself at how many barbers review clippers without actually understanding the tech behind it.

How do these hold up against the classics like Andis Masters and Oster "Blowers" 76? That's all I've ever used to cut fades, so all these cordless jawns are brand new to me!?
Have you used the Wahl premium guards on them? I heard they rattle on them. Also do you leave your clippers on their charging docks overnight?
I have never had a problem with my Wahl guards rattling until they get older and then the hook gets loose. And yes, most of my clipper are charging at all times. I use the Tomb45 Charging Station
