- Currently set up on a metal file cabinet, until I build a custom vinyl storage cabinet. The file cabinet vibrates during disc play - but no vibration detected on the surface of the Andover speaker box, nor in the turntable! Very impressed by the Andover Spinbase speaker - a perfect solution for small and tall living space! Also loving the Denon DP 400, and of course the Ortofon Blue.

I've been eyeing that Andover Audio Spinbase, so sleak and great sounding
What a cool song. I’m going to buy that album
Great looking table
Nice tracking!
No reason to sell your Denon DP-1200 or DP-60L and get this one.
does that turntable have a detachable headshell and is it the standard technics type?
The head shell on this turntable is removable. Technics head shells tend to look a tad different than the one in this video. Whether a technics or denon head shell, it does not matter, both types are designed for a S shaped tone arm. Just make sure that your cartridge is aligned properly and you should be good.
Detachable /swappable headshell is a v.important feature for me! I want to get to a point of swapping headshell and cartridge for different records. 😋
It looks like 78rpm, right?
if thats a 78 he should get a new cartridge
