Just made another batch of this but spiced it up with two scotch bonnets. Can confirm it holds up well to a serious increase in heat levels 🔥🔥😂

How watery does it look after cooling?

Should be a bit like a slightly thicker sweet chilli sauce. You can dip a poppadom in it without it breaking off if you are careful.
