The Famous Second Red Avocado Tree

I heard about this tree from several online growing sites, particularly from Marta Marvienko. This tree is about 30 feet high and 25 ft wide. The tree trunk caliper is about 18” inches diameter. I actually spent years going to this parking lot for some graduate school classes at the office next to the tree, but never realized at the time that it was an avocado tree. That was about 30 years ago! And today, I marvel at the size of it. I hear the fruit is pretty good, too! Good thing my second Red grafts were successful. I might even get some fruit production next year!
