    What does acorn jelly taste like? I’m so curious

    • @aeriskitchen
      @aeriskitchen  5 лет назад

      Oh.. yes you could be curious about it. Hmm... let me think 🤔 It has a little bitter flavor along with some nutty flavor.. other than that, actually acorn jelly itself can be blend..So we don't eat it by itself... the sauce and the flavors from ingredients make the acorn jelly's flavor extra good together. :)

      I guess you mean mung bean jelly for the white powder.. I also have a recipe for how to make it and a delicious dish using the mung bean jelly.

    • @aeriskitchen
      @aeriskitchen  5 лет назад +1

      Hi mai,
      The acorn jelly itself has a little bit of bitter flavor (pleasant way..) with some nutty flavor.. and with the sesame oil and salt we added in it, it has mild seasoned flavor from them.. the texture is a little chewy and soft.. so on top of all these things.. we get flavor from the sauce.. spicy, sweet, salty.. and little bit sour...aha..and garlicky too..lol .. so from one of this dish.. you will taste variety of flavors and textures.. so good ~~ I hope you can try it someday.
